"Everyone has a secret." Let's face it. How could anyone lived without a secret? But not everyone can say their secret is something, cool? Megumi Ito has a secret that she cannot tell anyone. Her secret is that she is champion of the most popular e-sport game in the world, Utsukushī Sekai.

Utsukushī Sekai is also known as Beautiful World. Inside the game, the world is known as Utsu. It is an e-sport, Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) that is in the virtual reality. The game itself is like many other MMORPG.

However, there is one unique feature of the game that makes the game stands out from all the other e-sport. The game is filled with players contents. From the most difficult skill tree to the simplest loot item. There is over billions of undiscovered materials in the world of Utsu that need to be discovered.

The game was first released ten years ago, however, at first everyone was just confused about how the game works. First player would need to be the first to discovered the material, and they will be prompt to name the new material. Players can explore the unexplored world of Utsu. Maps are named by the player who first discovered it. In other words, if your the first to discovered it, you can name it or even keep it.

Megumi first started playing the game when the game had announced it's the eighth update. Every year the company, Hazard-est Dev., would release a new update with new contents and new materials and skill to be found. However, what makes every release unique is that each version would have more and more contents to be discovered.

The game was super popular, and Megumi wanted to stalk the guy she is secretly in love with, Akito Yamato. Megumi has been Akito's classmate since kindergarten, elementary, middle school, and now high school.

Akito Yamato has been playing the game since it seventh release. Like many others they get addicted to finding new discoveries in the world of Utsu. He talks about it all the time in school and Megumi over heard him one time. Then she wanted to get closer to him, so she had study hard to get a perfect score in one of her exams and got her father to buy her the game.

The first moment she enters the game after her character creation, she was very lucky to have discovered many new materials. She even found ways to materialized them into new items. Then before she realized it, she had fallen in love with the game as well.

The game has a player vs player (PVP) tournament, and because the game is so popular and unique. Everyone wanted to show off their custom skills, outfit, weapons. Everything. They company, Hazard-est Dev., had created a PVP tournament in the first year that the game was launch. As the game became more and more popular, they soon added the grand prizes for the Team and Single PVP tournaments. It became a popular e-sport game in the real world.

Utsu is such a vast universe in the game, it was hard for Megumi to know where Akito is in the game. Megumi played the game for three weeks and she still couldn't find Akito. Then the company finally announced the PVP tournament and Megumi had heard that Akito would be participating in the single competition this year. Last year, Akito had also joined in the tournament and place in the top ten. The following year he planned to win the championship.
