A WATERMELON BABY

A harsh punch landed on Arlo's face when he confessed to Arthur Lozen, the head of Lozen family, that Aubrey was pregnant with his child.

Arlo wiped the blood from the corner of his lips. He could have avoided the attack, but he stayed, since he knew he was more than deserved it. If Arthur knew what actually happened to River, he was sure that he was going to kill him.

Though Arthur favored Aubrey over River, but River was an asset for their family. Arthur loved Aubrey like a daughter, but Arthur loved River like his favorite subordinate.

"Is this the reason why River ran away?! Is this the reason behind her disappearance?!" Arthur roared angrily. He grabbed a gun from the table and pointed it at Arlo, but another gun was pointed at his head.

"You can hit him as you like for his mistake, but he is still my son. I am not going to let you kill my blood before my eyes, Arthur." Jack furrowed his brows. "Put it down."
