Undyed and Mystic

Soon I am inside a building, there are students inside. Unlike us who have only one ring, their uniform has a minimum of two.

There is a young frontman, and on his side are piles of paper. I gave him my card then he gave me a form.

I fill it up, it only consists of the name of the clan, who is the leader, and its members. After giving it to him, he check it first and then nodded. My card which is in his hand glowed and then go back to normal. He gave me my card and a book. Then said.

The book that I gave consists of the location of your place, every three months you will pay the quota to let the clan not be dismissed. The quota depends on the number of its members. The Academy is big, or should I say that the place is big? According to the guide, the Academy is in the centre, the tallest and largest building that looks like a palace. Surrounding it are small buildings, and then there are four tall towers in the north, east, west, and south.

The tower in the North is called "Combat Tower" where Archery, Swordsmanship, Spearmanship and any combat-related are being taught. The tower in the South is called "Dark Tower" this tower is where Assasins, Poison, Seduction, or anything about the dark profession are being taught.

That's what I read according to the guide, the letters are written in red-black colour. The tower in the East is called "Wisdom Tower" where Magicians, Alchemists, Necromancers, Scholars, Commanders, and so on professions that needed thinking is being taught. This tower is specialising in its wisdom, the guide even has a caution saying "Permanent members of Wisdom Tower have a loose brain"

I don't know if the one who makes this Guide is hostile to that tower. The tower in the West is called the "White Tower" this is where Healers, Priest, Doctors, or anything about the white profession is being taught. They are the complete opposite of the Dark Tower. This tower's design is like a cathedral and it is the cleanest tower.

This is also the smallest tower among the four. But the territory it holds is enormous, this tower is the smallest but also the largest.

Where I am standing is a building, this is bigger than the one I bought in Krypton. According to the manual, the area within 4km is my territory. I let myself float and I fly upwards so I can see the vicinity. Among the four only Ain and Cin can fly freely, Ain uses his sword as a transporter while Cin can cast spells that are related to flight. Although Bin can walk in the air it does still not fly, while Din can cast spells but his mana will be depleted fast.

Their prowess has pros and cons, they are compatible in certain fields while incompatible with other fields. About me? I don't know, but if I guess right, I may be compatible with most of the fields but there may be a field that I can't do.

But what Ciel didn't know is, that the skill that he created is one of the highest skills and also the fraudulent one. Even the Supremes are wary of the highest skills that's why they sealed almost all of the highest skills, but one of them got created again. The one they sealed is still sealed but now it is only a blank slate.

After checking how wide the 4km is, I cast a spell. A large magic circle got drawn out of nowhere but it is only the beginning. Layer by layer of magic circle got drawn, and an enormous amount of mana got attracted in the sky.

A large mana pool is gathered in the centre, it looks like a whirlpool. Then in the centre of it started to form something. This phenomenon attracted the attention of others, although there are no one in the vicinity of the 4km area, those in the tower, the academy, or the nearby peoples. All of them stop what they're doing and only watch what is happening.

A phenomenon that no one knows what is. Ciel is located South East, that's why the Wisdom Tower and Dark Tower are the ones with the most view. What Ciel didn't know or didn't care is the people that started recording it in the magic orb.

This whirlpool that is already big got bigger and bigger, the centre of it is shrouded in thick fog that you can't see what is happening.

Ain and the others, although they didn't say anything, they're shocked into their bones. Among them Cin is the one who has the biggest shock, his master Ciel cast a spell layer by layer but there's no sign of mana being used. He tried to analyze the magic circle but there was no result.

This phenomenon lasted half an hour until the whirlpool is big enough and thick enough that even a natural whirlpool will vanish to shame if compared to this one.

The whirlpool stopped spinning, then it started gathering at the centre above the fog, forming a small ball. Although it is small, it's still, as big as a human. After all the mana pool gathered there, a blinding light got released.

After the light is subdued, a large creature, not a long creature can be seen. Its scales are pure white, it has a horn that is blue the same as the tail. Pure white eyes, it looks like a snake, then the long snake glowed again and transform into a lion, bird, into many creatures.

But they all have the same traits, white and blue. That's their only colour. After the creature transform into the long snake again, it started to encircle the fog in the sky. Then the fog got absorbed into the snake's body. After the fog vanishes you can see a floating island, the one the highest is also the one that is the biggest.

And 8 additional floating islands which have the same size are encircling the one in the centre. Although the 8 are at low altitude they're still big enough. The 8 have pillars in their middle, while the one in the centre has a castle-like building.

The floating islands floated for a minute before the snake make a sound, and then they move. The one in the centre floats higher while the 8 pillars go further. In the vicinity of 4km, 8 floating islands with pillars formed of the octagon are floating, in the middle of it is a big floating island at a high altitude.

A grand scene, a beautiful scenery, that is what you can say or describe if you saw this. A white barrier covers the area within 4km, the 8 pillars produced a line connecting each pillar and also in the centre. Out of nowhere letters appeared, the calligraphy is unique, it is elegant, sharp, and mysterious.

It looks like Accra's alphabet but at the same time not. It looks like ancient texts but also not. This is Ciel's modified alphabet, he modified all the texts available in Accra, the gift of otherworldly knowledge let him read and understand all kinds of language.

Whether it is the Accra's alphabet which is the most common, the Ancient texts which are in the process of deciphering, the elven tongue, the beast language, and many more. Ciel modified it, or to be precise his skill modified it.

If you saw the letters that are floating and circling a 4km area, whether you are elves, demi-human, human, dwarfs, or any race that has their unique texts. You can understand it, and it said "UNDYED"

The clan name that Ciel submit is "Undyed" which can be interpreted with many meanings.

The white snake is still encircling it. Then the snake becomes small particles before it vanished, what appears are bubbles of different sizes that now are floating and occupying some spaces in the sky.

The barrier can not be seen anymore since it becomes transparent. Thus this concludes the birth of the "Floating City"

Ciel comes down, there's no hint of exhaustion in his eyes. His movements are still that elegant like he didn't do something. The spell he cast is called (Mini World) a combination of all elements.

To call it a mere spell is wrong, the correct term is a magic ritual. There are no floating islands in the whole of Accra, there are floating structures, but islands can not be made.

First of all the idea of maintaining mana supply can not be understood because mana cores have a limit. But Ciel devised that, instead of using my mana, why not use the mana in the surrounding. That is the reason why there is no burden on the body, only on the mind which is needed for an accurate calculation.

The one who performs that magic ritual is the skill {WISDOM} which is specialising in thinking, that's also the reason why there is no burden to Ciel.

If other people perform the magic ritual like this, there are only two results, it is either death or forever being crippled.

After going down, a white-blue cat appeared in front of us. It also has wings and horns.

"Greetings master! Nya!"

Ciel only stares at it, there are no particular changes in his eye. But deep inside he wants to snatch the cat and start petting it, it is so cute.

Of the four only Ain is interested in the cat, Din has an interest but it is for the experiment. As for Bin and Cin, they're immune to charms but not to Ciel.

Ciel is also immune to charms but he loves cats, he is not shaken. He only misses his pet on Earth.

"Teleport us inside"

"Understood!"

Then the cat clasps his two paws then we are now at the top, inside the castle-like building. The castle is big, it has many floors and rooms, but there is no one living in it.

We have a big base but only 5 of us are members of it.

"If you are wondering what is that cat, that's the creature that will take care of this place, the one you all saw which is the snake that transforms into others, that's that. I'll introduce that as he although he didn't have a gender. He is a mystic creature, the guardian and administrator of this mini world."

"Master, if he is a mystic creature why I can't sense any mana to him?" Cin is the first who asked.

"That one is called the "Formless Creature" they do not have mana in their body, and why is that? Because it is useless, they can't use mana which is one of their traits. But they govern space and time. This means although they can't use mana they can still fight, like isolating you in a dimension where you can't escape or taking your vitality by speeding the time of your life."

Cin and Din got goosebumps, they're the only ones who study magic among the four. Although Cin is good at dimension magic, it is only a small portion of space and time. The concept of space and time is one of the hardest magic. As for Din taking your vitality is like a curse for healers, since healers' mana is to give vitality then what if your opponent is taking it, your spell will be useless and you'll only make yourself tire.

The cat appeared again, but Ciel only stare at it before saying.

"Your name from now on is Lou, may you live up to it."

The cat which is now Lou trembled. For mystics having a name is a blessing since their growth limit will be unlocked. Only those who can summon them can give them a name, and since mystics are already powerful enough they rarely got summoned by someone powerful.

There are many kinds of Mystics, even the lowest mystic can destroy a city of its own. How about those who govern the powers such as the Formless which governs the space and time, the Black Dragon which governs the Abyss, the Slug which governs the Water and so on.

Since the cat got a name, it also means a pledge of itself for his new master eternal. Lou's body changes in different types of shapes while glowing before it goes back to the cat form, but now there's a slight change in its appearance. If before it was blue-white now a complete white. The colour is not that blinding instead it enhanced more of its charisma.

Lou who is now still in the form of a cat, bows to Ciel before saying.

"From now on I am Lou, who governs the space and time will submit to the new master. May the Space and Time bless you!"

Ciel nodded nonchalantly before dismissing Lou.
