Grace's Point Of View

"Dad, please, she has no one, no friend, no family, if we did not accept her, where she will go? Please, dad, I will do anything you will say. And also I will never be stubborn, please just accept her. For me, please dad", I said to dad and waited for his response.

I was even ready to beg him for this, but I can not let Anna go from there. I am scared, she is just too innocent for this cruel world. People will not let her stay. They will kill her and I will never let that happen. I bring her here and now I just have to protect her.

"Come, my dear". My dad said all of sudden. And I was just a little confused that whom she was saying this, but he said it again with a big smile and my heart skipped a bit.

"What is your name", dad asked her as he caressed her hair slowly. She was already crying so badly. she is just so stupid, it is time for her to be happy.

"From today you are Anna Patterson", said and Anna started crying so hard. She was sobbing as someone beat her to death but dad was just caressing her hair and wiping her tears continuously.

"Hey, shhh, do not cry baby. I am just here for you now. And from now you are just like my Grace and if you need anything just tell me without any hesitation. And never think that we will not listen to you, from now you are my daughter so you can ask for anything without any hesitation, okay", said dad to her and she slowly nodded her head. It is so hard to express my happiness.

"I do not know if I will ever get a chance to repay your kindness", said Anna as she was still crying so badly but my dad just wiped her tears again with a small smile

"My dear girl, daughters never repay their father". Dad said with a smile and I smiled after hearing his words. He is the kindest man in the world I have ever seen.

"Thank you so much, dad. I love you so much, you are the best dad in the world", I said as I hugged him so tightly. He happily wrapped his arms around me and hugged me back.

"I do not know how come I am so lucky to have a family like this", said Anna between her sobs and my mom just hugged her. Now it was a perfect family.

"Because you deserve it, honey. You deserve the world", said mom and placed a soft kiss on her head. Then dad and I also hugged her, now it was a family hug. And I was so happy, I can not explain how happy I am. I am feeling out of the world.

"Okay, now no one will cry, okay? And if someone tries to hurt you, just tell me, okay? I am not gonna spare him or her. You both do not need to get scared of anyone in this world until you have me, okay", my dad said and Anna and I proudly nodded our heads with a smile.

"Okay, so, come, we should have our dinner", said my mom and we all headed towards the dining area as we all were so hungry.

"And Anna, we will start your case tomorrow. I want your custody as soon as possible", said dad, and Anna nodded her head. She could not stop smiling since then.

She was still so emotional, but now she has me and I will not let her cry again ever in this life.

Mom served us dinner and she also sat with us. Now it is perfect. Everything is perfect.
