14 Conflict

(A/N: I won't be able to update in the next few days so I will upload as much as I can today.)

A Chunin instructor came and told everyone their assigned classrooms based on their results. Hinata and the others just ignored him and instead went on to an empty corner where the registration for the Elite Class happened. The trio consisting of Hinata, Choji, and Shikamaru were the first to arrive and quickly registered their names for the test later on. After that, they were led to an area where they could stay to wait for other participants who wanted to attend the test.

A few moments later had only passed and another group came in and as you might have guessed, it was all the other clan heads. Following after them was a horde of fangirls screaming Sasuke's name.

'Huh. So even in this world, Sasuke has fangirls.'

There were also others screaming Naruto's name.

'Makes sense. He's the Hokage's son after all.'

"I don't get what's so good about him. His hair looks like duck butt and only has one expression.", Choji mutters while Shikamaru just glances at him and says nothing. Meanwhile, Hinata was still looking at the girls instead who were trying to attract Sasuke and Naruto's attention. She also mutters under her breath, "So young, yet already gold diggers. They'd make fine kunoichi."

Choji giggled at that a bit too loud that a few girls heard it and snapped their heads towards him. When they saw a chubby boy laughing at them, they instantly get pissed.

"Fatty! What are you laughing at? How are you even here in the first place? How can someone like you even pass the fitness test?", a girl mocks Choji simply out of spite and that he didn't look as pretty as Sasuke.

Choji didn't reply but Hinata spoke to Choji as if the girl was air. "Nevermind, she will make a terrible kunoichi because of her stupidity. I wonder how she passed the intelligence test? Does she even realize who she's talking to?"

Choji laughed again which irritated the girl further. She looked over at Hinata who was making Choji laugh and glared at her. She instantly spotted Hinata's white eyes which were unique and thought it was a good idea to target her with them. "Hmph! So it's another freak! You were just jealous of me because Sasuke-kun looked at me and not you! How can even Sasuke-kun bear to look at you, you white-eyed bitch!"

Hinata nearly choked as she was truly in disbelief at these people's ability to make random conclusions. How did this even become about Sasuke? She wasn't even mad at being insulted, just wondered since when did girls at this age start talking like how she did.

The girl wasn't finished and said, "Only that fatty beside you can be good enough for a freak like you!"

Hinata looked over at Choji, looked up and down as if to scan him, looked back straight at the girl, then said with a straight face, "I mean, why not? I'd prefer a cuddly teddy bear over an emo twig with duck butt hair anytime."

Choji blushed furiously but still managed to look over proudly at that girl. The girl still wanted to say something but before she could do so, Hinata flared her chakra which scared the girl and nearly made her piss herself. The chakra fluctuation she had created was strong that it pushed her back a bit but it also attracted a certain someone's attention.

Sasuke, the power-hungry Uchihas that he was, sensed a disturbance when a very powerful wave swept through the place. He looked over and saw the source of the power and couldn't help but stare fiercely. He knew immediately that the owner of that power was stronger than the current him. Like most Uchiha, he had a strong battle lust and loves fighting strong enemies, which is usually equal to arrogance especially when they won't care much about those who are weaker.

Seeing someone of his age who can finally challenge him, his gaze became even more passionate. Unfortunately for Hinata, this gaze seemed to have been misunderstood by everyone who saw him.

Sasuke's fangirls glared daggers at Hinata who dared to steal him from them.

Choji glared at Sasuke and jumped in front of Hinata. He then flared up his chakra which was also surprisingly strong. This made Sasuke transfer his gaze to Choji. He squinted his eyes at another strong person appearing but he couldn't be happier since the more the merrier. His own aura boiled with excitement as he stared at Choji who basically hid Hinata behind him because of his bigger body.

To those spectating, it looked like the two were challenging each other to a girl. Only two people could see exactly what was happening. Shikamaru was too lazy to tease Hinata so he only smiled knowingly at her. Meanwhile, Hinata was shaking his head as he didn't expect Choji to become this defensive all of a sudden.

She did know that Choji had developed a small crush but she honestly didn't mind since they were still kids. She'll wait until they'll grow up before she'll decide what to do from then on.
