Songs Of My Home | Chapter 36

Rose runs back to their home in the Neverlands. As she comes up to the house she noticed the lights were on in the kitchen. She turns back into her human form, and slowly approaches the back door. Inside it's Zach he is sitting at the table drinking. You could tell he was stressed. "Zach?" he looks up at her and puts the bottle down. "Rose?" she smiles weakly and sits down at the table. They sit in silence for a few minutes, "So um... Rose how have things been out home?" She looks at him and back at the bottle, she takes it and starts to drink it. "Um.. Rose you drink now?" She nods "To be honest, things haven't been good at all. Aaron killed Lucas, Winter came back. She had been tortured. Everything just isn't okay, me and Aaron are falling apart." She takes another drink and another. Zach sits up "I am sorry to hear about all that. I know Winter was like a daughter to you." Zach sits back in the chair "So what are you going to do Rosie?" She looks at him and then down at the bottle and takes another sip. "I don't even know, I just need a break from all them for a little bit." He looks at her "Well your more than welcome to stay here. It's just me here and this is originally your house so?" Rose finishes off the bottle and you could see in her eyes she was drunk. She looks at him and them upstairs and grins. "Um Rosie, darling are you okay?" She nods and gets up and pushes his chair back. She sits in his lap, "How about you come and have a little fun with me?" Zach tries to hold back his urges "Rosie your drunk baby." She grins "Mm, I like it when you call me that." She pushes up on his body lying her head at his neck. He groans "Rosie come on your drunk, don't do this to me. You know I can't resist your body." He runs his hands up her back to her bra strap. She groans "See just have a little fun with me sexy." He stands up holding her and walks up the stairs into the bedroom. He tosses her on the bed and gets above her, kissing her everywhere. Her groans start to turn into moans. He pulls her shirt off and un-clips her bra. She unbuttons his shirt and runs her hands up and down his chest down to his abs. "God, Rosie, you don't understand how hot you actually are." She moves her head up to his ear "Take it all off.. daddy" She grins and Zach pulls all of her clothes off and her panties. While she pulls off all of his clothes, both of their bodies start to heat up. Back in Kai's shed Winter is a sleep, Aaron is pacing back and forth waiting for Rose to come home. He starts to get aggravated. "Where the fuck could she be?" he walks to the door and looks back at Winter. "I'll be back.." He walks into Kai's house to find Rain asleep on the couch and Kai sitting in a chair facing her, watching her. "Umm Kai?" Aaron said in a low tone of voice. He turned his attention to Aaron "What?" Rain twitches a little bit and Aaron sees "What's wrong with her?" Kai sighs "I don't know, she's been doing this for awhile now." Aaron walks closer to Rain and Kai stands up "Chill, I'm not going to hurt her." Kai takes a breath and stays put. "What are you doing to her?" Aaron waved his hands around Rain's head to try and find the problem. "Kai, she's having nightmares that she is trapped in. It won't be too long before she starts screaming in her sleep. You won't be able to wake her up at that point, she will only be able to wake herself up." You could see it in Kai's face that he was upset and mad. "Who is doing this to her?" Aaron stops and takes a step back, he turns to face Kai. "I don't exactly know who or why, but this isn't healthy for her. She's going to end up going insane, just like Hunter did. Or worse with this case." Kai knees down beside her and starts to rub her forehead "It'll be okay, I'll do my best to keep you safe and happy." She twitches again, "Kai, I don't think that this is going to go away anytime soon. When does she usually wake up?" He stands back up and turns to Aaron "She sometimes wakes up around four or five in the afternoon." Aaron looks around "That's odd, usually in cases like these. They would wake up early in the morning or late into the night." "So what does it mean Aaron, is someone doing this to her?" He sighs "Kai, this could honestly kill her." Kai takes a long deep breath "Your joking right...?" Aaron looks down at her "Sadly no, it'll be fine tho." They both sit down and take a shot of whiskey. "I'm telling you Aaron, this Hunter has caused so many problems." They both nod at each other "Well, I killed Lucas, so Hunter is going to be pissed more than normal." "Plus everything that's going down with Oliva and his brother Ihys." Aaron coughed and looks at Kai "The Ihys? Hunters brother? King of hell?" Kai nods and holds the glass in his hand "Yup, he's something else. According to the word that's out there. Ihys and Oliva have something going on, he made Hunter like leave their house. Now he's got Oliva and stuff all to himself." Aaron takes another shot "But Ihys doesn't have emotions, he couldn't dare try to feel them unless she did blood link since shes an Oni." Both of them look at each other with their eyes wide open. "Oh my god, they blood linked! It's why Ihys made Hutner leave so he would be out of the picture." Aaron nods "That sounds about right." Soon Rain woke up and walked up their bedroom "Kai?" She looks around in the room and doesn't get a response. She walks back out of their bedroom downstairs to the kitchen where she finds Kai and Aaron. She comes up behind Kai and hugs him "Hiii." Kai turns a little "Your awake little bunny." She smiles and Aaron looks up at her "Nice to see you awake Rain, Kai's been hella worried about you." She sticks her tongue out at Aaron, they all laugh and Kai places her on his leg. "Hey Rain? What do you know about Oni's and Hybrids?" Rain moves around a little bit. "Well I know Oni's are super powerful if they want to be. Usually they are intimated by others and won't use any of their powers." In Aarons mind he remembers when Oliva played his memoirs in his mind that he had forgotten about. "Not only that but they can also share their powers and emotions with others with a blood link. Now with Hybrids they are different, they can do things similar to that but they can't share blood with others. They can only share half of their child with half of what they are. Even in those cases, you are more than likely to get a human over a demon or wolf. Depending on what the parents are. Aaron stops her "What if one parent is full demon but the other is a Hybrid?" Rain looked at him "Well if your talking about yourself, your a hybrid of human and demon, but with you being human it would kill Rose if y'all was to have a baby together because she isn't demon or human. She's a vampire and a wolf, so chances of her surviving that are very slim." Aaron takes a breath "Well I don't think it would matter either way. She is too stressed out with everything that's going on. She even ran off tried to attack me, she's honestly losing it." Kai sits up a little "I am sorry Aaron, she's just probably lost in her own mind. Has that ever happened before, like run off like that or even try to attack you?" Aaron nodded "No she hasn't, that's why it shocked me. She wasn't like that, she's always been such a sweet and caring girl. Especially if it came down to Winter, she took care of her as if that was her real daughter." Kain and Rain look at each other "Aaron, you know, me and Rain can't have kids?" Aaron look at them in shock "What do you mean? Aren't you both human?" Kai looks at him "No me and her are both different, I'm a sided demon and shes a full front demon." Aaron takes another shot "What kinda demons are those?" Kai smiles "Well since im a sided demon I am mostly human got the demon part from my great grandpa. Now with Rain shes a full front, which means she got her demon stuff from both her parents but can impose as a demon because of her genetics from her grandparents also." He takes another shot and looks at Kai "Well that's wild but I am going to go check on Winter and see how she's doing." Both of them nod their heads as Aaron walks out of the house. As soon as he closes the door he sees a shadow near the shed looking into one of the windows. Aaron slowly walks up to this "thing" he turns it around and its Jade. Aaron scoffs and rolls his eyes "What are you doing here? You creep." Jade turned and looked at Aaron. "Someone is controlling people and how they sleep. I just wanted to make sure none of y'all got that." Aaron looked in the window and saw Winter still napping on the bed. "No Jade, I don't think any of my family has got what ever it's called." Jade nodded "Okay well you take care." Jade patted Aaron on the back and disappeared into thin air. Aaron looks back at Winter and decides to walk in and see if he can get her to talk. He shakes her lightly "Winter? Darling? Are you okay?" she rolls over and faces him. "Hey Dad? Is something wrong?" He sits down beside her. "Can you tell me anything about what happened to you?" she shook a little at the question. "You mean what happened to me?" He nods "Please, I need help with something and maybe this could help me." She sits up and takes a deep breath. "Well, Lucas had me and Renesmae trapped in a house with a strange man I had never seen before. I heard Lucas say his name but never got to see him. We was blind folded but Lucas called him Jax. I've never heard of someone with that name around here. But I did see a book on Lucas desk with that name and an S beside it. I think it was his last name, do you think that maybe it is Solace? But either way Lucas ended up hitting me and cutting my hair because I wouldn't give away where all of us would run to." Aaron growls "Jax Solace? Like Rose Solace?" He sits there puzzled for a few minutes. "Alright honey, I'll be back. I need to go ask Kai something and see if he knows this man." Aaron walks out into the house and finds Kai sitting on the couch as Rain laid in his lap. "Kai?" Aaron said quietly. He looks up at Aaron "What is it?" Aaron sits down in the chair "Do you know Jax Solace?" Kai glares at Aaron "Yeah, that's Rose's brother. The reason we kept her and Jade locked up in that room is because we thought it was the Solace's. But Jade kinda did look like him. I am sorry we did that but their are so many things that have been said about the Solace's." "Like what Kai?" He took a deep breath "Well they are cunning and cheaters, they love to make other people suffer in the most painful ways possible. It doesn't matter what anyone has done for them or to them. They will always hurt those who allow them to get close enough." Aaron's anger builds in his eyes "Are you kidding me right now? She's been gone for almost 2 days! Is this what she's been doing this whole time?! It would explain the things me and her went thought in high school. I don't get why she would do this though! I haven't done anything!" Kai rubs Rain's head "Aaron as I said, they don't have a reason to do it they just do. Can't you like locate her and see where she is?" Aaron stood up and started walking back and forth. "I don't know, maybe. It's been awhile." Aaron looks down at the ground and thinks about everything him and Rose have been through together. Soon enough you can see a map in his eyes showing where she is. "Aaron, she's in the Neverlands." More anger grows. "I swear to god, if she is with who I think she is I'm going to explode." Kai nods "You go ahead, I'll stay back and take care of Winter and Rain." Aaron nods "Fine." he storms out of the house, turning into his full demon. Back in the Neverlands both Rose and Zach are walking around the house together holding hands laughing about their childhood. He picks her up and holds her on his waist "You are such a beautiful girl." He rubs the side of her face. She giggles "Thank you Zach, your pretty handsome yourself." They lay their foreheads on each other. "Why didn't we get married back then Rosie?" Zach asks her, you could see the shock in her eyes. "I was young and just didn't feel like being married. I'm sorry about that though, I am happy where I am." His smile fades "Why don't we just live here together? I can give you kids, Aaron can't. Rosie, I know you want a baby, don't you?" She nods "I do but... I don't know." Zach sits her down "Well just think about it honey, I won't force you to do anything that you don't want to do." She smiles and he leans down and kisses her forehead. A few mar moments later the back door was kicked in.
