Noam sat in his seat in front of his mansion. Nathaniel had the seat beside him, it was time to punish the people who dared to touch his brother.
No one harms his brother on his watch and he was going to use the red sparrow to send a message to all the rival packs out there that he was not to be messed with.
He was the alpha of alphas and his title demanded the respect of all their kind. No pack in the world could be a match to him and the sooner that they accept that the better.
His sister Lana had gone to fetch the prisoners. Their heads would be cut off and sent to their pack to warn them. As long as he or she was a Cross then they were off limits.
"What is going to happen?" Nathaniel asked. He knew they were going to punish some pack but how was the question.
Not that he minded people being tortured, he was just curious as to what the demon alpha had in store for his enemies.
Just then Lana appeared dragging an older woman and man and a teenage girl. They were screaming to be let go and freed. They made a lot of offers to be set free and begged for their lives.
Nathaniel grabbed Noam's hand. He was afraid and fearful for the teenage girl. She looked too young and innocent to be dragged into matters that weren't of her concern.
Noam gritted his teeth, it annoyed him to have share a tie with the demon. The man felt so many strong emotions that he was going to lose his mind if he tried to understand all of them.
It was driving him crazy how he could feel vividly everything that his stupid mate was feeling. "Perhaps you should go inside," Noam offered seeing as he was uncomfortable with the sight before them.
"You aren't seriously going to harm a child?" Nathaniel questioned upset. His sister had been separated from him since his childhood, he never got to protect her and she ended up being one the creatures that he haunted.
She was dragging a child to her death without mercy in her eyes. He had thought that she was just petty with anger issues but a new sight of her presented before his eyes.
A sight he couldn't accept, the demon alpha had turned his sister into a monster. His blood boiled realising this, his hatred towards the alpha increased. His desire to kill the monster and free his sister burnt his skin.
Noam was getting irritated. He wished that the man would just feel one thing at a time. His feelings went from fear to confused to shocked and then hatred. For a werewolf his emotions were usually all over the place but not as much as the half demon.
He was shocked at how much the man could feel in a second. "We are here to make a point," Lana uttered.
Nathaniel closed his eyes, no brother wants to see this sight of their sister. Noam got up from his seat and walked away from their. He was losing control with Nathaniel's feeling taking control of him.
He didnt want to turn in front of an audience. He would have wished not to have to turn at all but he didnt have a choice. He walked into the mansion and vanished to the west wing of the house.
All the light in that side of the mansion went out. Lana froze in her place staring at the mansion with shock written in her eyes. She let go of Aria's hand and run into the mansion herself.
"The alpha is locking himself away again," Nathaniel heard in the background.
"I wonder how long he will keep away this time," another uttered.
"One month or two, the longest he had kept from everyone was six months," someone else spoke.
Hearing their words Nathaniel panicked. Without the alpha, he would he forced to leave and never see his sister again. What more was the fact that without the alpha, his revenge wouldn't be complete.
He stood to lose of the male went away for months. He dashed on his feet and ran towards the direction that Lana went to.
"Please don't go," he pleaded out loud.
He ran after Noam like his life depended on it, which it did. They were tired as one so their lives depended on each other.
