The Li Family 

After having a nice meal, a wave of exhaustion had flushed over Jeremy. Unable to control his urges, Jeremy fell asleep very soon in his mother's arms. The infant that was now Jeremy closed his eyes slowly and looked extremely adorable even though he was a newborn infant. He had fuller cheeks than other infants and glowing lips that made him look feminine. In the eyes of his parents and siblings, all of them were in awe. 

"Little brother looks so cute when sleeping! Ahh!!!" The little girl squealed in mandarin. Just as Jeremy had analyzed, the family he was born into is of Chinese descent. 

"Mei Mei, don't be too loud or you may wake up your little brother…" The mother reprimanded the little girl in a lower tone as she held onto her newborn child lovingly. 

The family that Jeremy had entered was one of the big four clans in The Land of Hua. The four clans were namely the Tang, Meng, Zhuge and Li clan. Each of the clans had a long history of serving and ruling alongside the last emperor. Over one hundred and fifty years ago, the last emperor, Jing Kou Sheng had managed to unite the entire country once again. Like Jeremy's Earth, he had been reincarnated in an alternate universe. The planet he had entered was called Terra. The history was different from his own Earth. However, the cultures of the different countries had stayed the same. In Jeremy's case, he now belonged in the Li clan. 

The lady that had birthed Jeremy was the youngest daughter of the Li Patriarch. Her name is Li Xian. Her husband, Ming Guang Rong, had married into the family. He came from a commoner background and as such, faced much scrutiny from the others in the family. Li Xian and Ming Guang Rong did not care about what others thought of their relationship and just lived their life as they wanted. After a year of marriage, Li Xian had birthed twins, one boy and one girl. Under her father's decree, both children were forced to follow her family name than the one of her husband's. The older boy was named Li Xi and the younger girl was named Li Mei. Although she was very adamant of leaving the Li clan behind, Ming Guang Rong did not want her to make such a huge sacrifice for him. 

With the addition of the two rumbunctious twins, the couple enjoyed a rather hectic four years of parenting their two children. Only after so long was Li Xian able to get pregnant once again. This time, the one that came out was none other than a little boy who contained the soul of Jeremy. 

"Oops, sorry…" Li Mei covered her mouth quickly. Her eyes never left the little infant. On the other side of the bed sat Li Xi. He was the quieter one, compared to his twin sister. 

Ming Guang Rong stood behind Li Mei. He placed in hand on her head and rubbed gently. "It's okay, Mei Mei. Daddy and mummy know that you were just excited about having a little brother." 

"Daddy, mummy what is little brother's name?" Li Mei asked. Both the parents looked down at the newborn. A smile appeared on their faces, before Li Xian took the honors of saying his name. 

"Daddy and mummy had thought about this last night before coming to the hospital. His name shall be Li Tian. Tian for the sky, as we would hope for him to soar high and above freely, without a single worry in his heart." 

"Li Tian, Li Tian…" The two children murmured to the side. Both parents chuckled lightly when seeing how both of Li Tian's older siblings were trying their best to remember their younger brother's name. 

On the other hand, Jeremy who had fallen "asleep" was not actually knocked out. Rather, he had appeared in a blank white space. He looked around him to find a clue of where he was, but to no avail. Just then, a voice sounded loudly. 

Ding… 

[System activated. Initiating customization phase... Preparing to optimize and tailor your system to your unique needs and preferences. Please stand by for the next set of instructions.] 

"What the…" 

Jeremy who had watched plenty of anime was long prepared for such a system prompt. However, normally, the system would just be given to the main character and there would not be any chance to customize to his preference. Seeing that he can choose how he wanted things to be, made him excited for what's to come. 

Ding…

Within seconds, a translucent screen appeared in front of Jeremy. The content of the screen made Jeremy speechless.

Not being able to purchase the Bluray of the latest season of 'Momo's Adventure'.

It was not an understatement by the system when it wrote that Jeremy had no achievements. Even before he completed university, the man dropped out and decided to hole himself up in the room. The same could be said for aspirations as Jeremy did not live for anyone or anything. It was sad to say the least. But what was even sadder was the fact that 9 out of 10 regrets that the system had extracted from his head were related to anime. Jeremy could truly be said to be the biggest otaku to exist. The only regret that would seem to be a very real regret was the fact that he could not spend much time with his family members that passed on rather unexpectedly. If he could, Jeremy would not want that to happen again. If he could, Jeremy would like to spend this life with his family as much as he can.

Hearing that the system had been completed for him, Jeremy got excited. He quickly called out, "System."

A bunch of information started to course into Jeremy's brain. Functions like how to access his profile, how to look at missions, how the reward system works, how to ask the system questions, were explained in his head. An unknown amount of time had passed. Jeremy finally snapped out of his trance like state. He then called out to the system, just as he was taught. This time, he was aiming to look at his profile.

Most of the stats were expected by Jeremy. Since he was originally from America, being extremely proficient in English was normal. The only one that shocked him was his 'Intelligence' stat. 'Why was it so high?' 

As explained by the system, the tiers of the different stats were SSS, SS, S, A, B, C, D, E and F. SSS tier was the highest tier possible already, which meant that Jeremy was starting off with an amazing advantage. The stat 'Intelligence' was linked to magic affinity. The higher a person's intelligence, the easier it was to sense and manipulate mana. In addition, Jeremy was also granted intellect that no one else could rival. However, this was not the most shocking part in all of what the system had integrated into his head. 

It was said that Terra was a world with magic. In this world, not only is the technology more advanced than his old world, but the technology also coupled with magic, has helped to advance society to a higher point than it already was. However, with the presence of mana, many animals in the wild had mutated and evolved with time. These mutated animals were named Demonic Beasts, for their predatory nature had been enhanced by the intake of mana. The prevalence of Demonic Beasts had always been a problem in every country. Although countries had long expelled Demonic Beasts from their land, those monsters continue to target and attack the human's borders. Sadly, for countries with little to no army, their land had been razed down by these creatures. 

In terms of mana, it comes in 6 elemental forms. Light, Darkness, Fire, Water, Wind and Earth. In terms of Light and Darkness elements, these two cannot integrate with the other four elements. In addition, these two elements were exceptionally rare in civilization. The four elements, Fire, Water, Wind and Earth can interchangeably meld and create a fusion element that provides a new effect. In terms of his 'Body Type', the 'Perfect Unity of Elements' basically meant that Jeremy's body had perfect affinity with all the elements in the world. 

It was said by the system that most humans are either born with one or no element affinity. Those that were born with dual element affinity are rare and already deemed as the elites in the world. Those that were born with three element affinities are the top 0.01% in the world and could be said to be the leaders or future leaders of the world. 

For four element affinities, only ten people appear to have it in the tens of thousands of years of history. Those ten were all influential rulers that had no equal in their time of reign. After all, each of the ten rulers had ruled in a different era from each other. The last four elemental affinity ruler was none other than the last emperor of The Land of Hua, Jing Kou Sheng. It could also be said that those four elemental affinity users, all of them only had Fire, Water, Wind and Earth. 

In terms of Jeremy's 'Body Type', he was the first of human that had perfect unity as his body was able to hold all six elements in one body. The little infant was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth, but a diamond spoon that signified an ever-bright future. 

What was laughable about this was that even with a diamond spoon, Jeremy's lack of aspirations was like he had just thrown the spoon in a pile of cow manure and left it in there as fertilizer. Jeremy did not care for power. He did not even care when he realized he had SSS tier Intelligence. After the initial shock, the boy was just left there standing. Jeremy was more surprised of the fact that he gets to live life again and this time, he will make sure he enjoys his time with his loved ones. And not only that, from the system's general background of the world, with technology, means that there is probably many animes for him to watch. 

'Maybe there are newer varieties of anime that I can watch in this world!' 

His goal? Yes, it could count as a goal. To be the greatest otaku to ever live!
