“Thanks,” she said.

“Uncle Philip, what do we do for money?” Steve said.

“I’m glad you asked,” I said. “Your debit cards from the credit union will work just fine over there, and the best and cheapest way to get foreign currency is from an ATM machine while you’re over there, provided your bank doesn’t hit you with huge fees, and the credit union doesn’t. That being said, we’re going to get a small amount of currency to carry with us.”

“How do you do that?” Steve said.

“One of the major banks downtown can obtain it for us,” I said, “or I can order it from a large bank in New York and it will be sent to us in a FedEx overnight envelope.”

“Cool,” Roger said.
