“Hello.”
“Good morning, Andrew.”
“Good morning, Charles. Where are you, and what can I do for you at this early hour?”
“I’m at home. Philip is with me, and the situation isn’t good. He’s on the speakerphone with me, by the way. We found out last night, through one of Richard’s contacts, that a warrant will be issued for Philip’s arrest late this afternoon, probably not until nearly five o’clock.”
“I was afraid of something like that.”
“Well, the situation is in hand. I’m not going to go to the office this morning. Instead, I’m going to fly down to the beach in a couple of hours and take Philip with me. We’ll be back early Tuesday, and if there is a warrant, he’ll surrender himself.”
“Good thinking, my boy. What about bail?”
