History Of Vampgons

Aurora looked at the food infront of her when she sat down at the grand table. "Where are the king and queen?"

Bailey stepped forward "They had to leave early as something had come up which needed there attention. They should be back by lunch time."

As Aurora glanced around the table she had no appetite at all. She poured herself some water and ate an apple. Beth noticed that the princess had barley even touched her breakfast. Aurora was just about to get up when she heard someone speak. "Princess Aurora you have not eaten anything at all. Is the breakfast not to your liking?"

Aurora got up from her chair "That is not the case at all. I don't think I am hungry that's all. However thank you for the food."

"Beth."

"Yes your highness." Beth approached Aurora listening to what she had to say. "Could you please guide me to the library as I need something specific."

"Off course, just follow me this way." They made their way down to the library. When Beth pushed the doors open Aurora could see how beautiful the place was. It was two really big floors. It felt as if they had just entered another dimension made of just books. Rows and rows, columns and shelves it was never ending.

"Is there something specific you mentioned you were looking for your highness?" Beth turned towards Aurora. "Indeed there is for I understand that this one is rare. It is information on vampgons."

Aurora had to make sure about a few things specifically what Cara had mentioned to her yesterday left her thinking. Now she needed to do her research before escaping. Now it was not a matter of just packing and leaving it had got even more complicated if life lines were entangled in the process.

Beth smiled at Aurora. They went up to the second floor. soon Aurora sat down upstairs in a calm sitting place in the library. She sat down opening a light brown book cover it's vintage pages were very delicate even though it was kept safe in its soft confines. That did not stop the books from aging.

She read the title imprinted gold letters "History of vampgons" carefully the front cover was lifted. Making a crisp noise adding a sense of music to the library that had confined a billion words on the shelves trapping all the other music around her.

She slowly started to read through every single word in the book from the history to every other detail.

"There have only ever been two vampgons in history."

"So does that make him the 3rd?" Aurora questioned as she read on Until she stumbled upon some information she was purposely seeking. "Vampgons have been made with there heaven chosen. The lord has made a partner for every vampgon. They are entwined. Vampgons go through a process called the selection where they develop enough senses that they can detect there heaven blessed." The Information went on detailing everything from scent to vision. Once a vampgon has found his chosen one. The golden mark ruital takes place on the night of the Blue Moon. Where 2 souls become one. once the sacred holy connection is formed if the heaven blessed violates the laws of the chosen one. She will unearth living hell on her partner leading to ashes. She will also undergo a wrath which will be cursed upon her by the gods who formed both mates in heaven.

"So he will only perish if and when the golden mark ruital happens. Which means if I escape now no one will be hurt." Aurora ceased her reading when Bailey had come in. Aurora got up and walked towards the top floor railing. "Your highness lunch is being served." Bailey looked up to see Aurora looking down at him.

"Is the king and queen back yet?"

"Unfortunately not, earlier a message was received stating due to the work taking longer they will be staying there until tommorow afternoon."

"Oh, I understand, however I wish to not have lunch."

"Princess Aurora what would you like me to give as a reason?" Bailey inquired as Aurora had barley eaten breakfast and is now refusing lunch someone will not be happy. Thinking about that gave Bailey shivers.

Aurora understood why Bailey had asked so she quickly gave her reason. "I do not feel that well, if anyone opposes you can send them to me." Bailey looked at the princess getting scared with the murderous look she gave when she mentioned that.

"Yes, yes indeed princess." Bailey turned to leave "first the duke, now the princess looks like they were truly both made for each other".

Time went by Jason had finished all of his current work. When he was reported to by both Beth and Bailey. "Why have you not eaten Rora?" Jason started to make his way down to the library. "Would you like anything prince Jason?"

"Not at the moment Bailey". The sun had begun to set behind the clouds to exchange the duty of light with its partner. Aurora finally finished all of her book. "Intresting facts" she had learned a lot of new things by reading the thick book in her hands. She now knew more about the man she needed to escape from.

With that in mind Aurora made her way to the rows of long, high book shelves to put the book back in its resting place. As she went to put the book on the shelf and bring her hand back down her hand suddenly remained glued on the book. "What's going on?." She tried to take her hand of and step back but it was not working. When she stopped she sensed a gust of wind move her clothes behind her. She turned her body so her back was against the books with her hand still stuck on the book.

Jason stood there infront of Aurora with a little wooden stick pocking out of his lips. She sent a glare towards Jason. "What are you doing?"

Aurora glared at him how dare he misuse his powers. She heard him respond. "Standing."

"Release my hand now, just because you have powers does not mean you misuse it." She saw a glint in his sapphires. He smirked

"Unfortunately I am being accused for something I have not done."

"Not done, my .. you know your not as innocent as you think yourself to be so just release me." Aurora stayed calm keeping her anger inside.

Jason took a step closer to Aurora. "Let's see, even though I still have nothing to do with it. I may be able to help you."

Aurora moved even further back if that was possible as the hard standing shelves did not budge a bit. "BETH CAN YOU COME HERE ONE NEEDS A LITTlE BIT OF HELP" Aurora ignored him and shouted however to her disappointment no one came.

"Wow one did not know you could shout that loud."
