Aren't I supposed to be 40 before I can be a sage?

Wait, I think I'm disqualified since I'm not a virgin. Wait, or would I be? Technically at the age I was when I got here I didn't have sex yet. Oh shit. I need to stop before I get caught into a loop.

I woke up about half an hour ago and well, it was quite a weird awakening. All of my clones around me apparently were able to balance the chakra and have been leveling up the nature chakra absorption to, well:

Yeah... I mean I know that they are clones of me but these bastards are crazy. Now instead of taking an hour(Apparently this was how long it was at level 1 according to my clones memories) it now takes me about 45 minutes or so. It's still long as hell but well, I have that Naruto method where I can treat my clones as batteries for me, hehe.

After I got all those memories I tested it out myself just to make sure that everything worked right, I mean I know the clones are basically me but I wanted to do it myself. Get a sense of pride and accomplishment for completing it on my own instead of using cheats (A/N: If you get what I said then remember, Geraldo good, EA bad.).

Well now is present time. I get up and stretch a bit before walking up to the dragon who apparently passed out as well. I look at him for a bit before speaking, "I balanced the nature energy." He starts stirring before stretching and yawning, his yawn was interesting though since when he exhaled a rainbow of... flame? Should I call it that? I mean it was like there was some of every element there, I think I actually saw some black in there too and that was just him exhaling! My god, imagine how bad his morning breath is.

He looks at me after cracking his neck and stretching out his back, "Hmm?" He starts staring intently at me before he actually speaks, "So you have. Excellent, we most likely don't have much time left of your week now."

I look at him and raise an eyebrow, how long does he think he was asleep? "Actually it took me less than a day to learn it. It would have been less than 12 hours but I ended up passing out for another 10."

He looks at me and raises an eyebrow(scale?) before speaking, "Truly? This is amazing, well at least I am assuming it to be... we dragons have never taught anyone sage arts before, though in the texts we have it was said to take years for an average person and a month for a prodigy. Those clones of yours are definitely helpful... Since we have much more time than I originally thought, shall we start your training? You may actually be able to learn both forms of sage art from us. Hm, lets see, 3 days to learn the Dragon sage art then 3 to learn the tiger's show be plentiful for your growth. Hm~ yes yes. That is what we shall do." He nods to himself as he scratches his chin with his claw.

I just kind of sit there silently while I listen to him before I find an opening to speak up, "So how does the training work anyway?" I don't remember too much about the training from the anime honestly. Just that he had frog powers by going and training by sitting still for so long. I don't think I'm different either.

The dragon looks at me before talking, "Oh shoot, that's right. You wouldn't know since I haven't told you yet. Very well, since there have been no changes to your body that is very good, it makes you malleable and will take to both ways of training very well. So how it will work for dragons is, well, you will do various things while being in your sage form. It is quite simplistic training but it will work. Some of the things you will be doing are racing the fastest dragon in the clan until you beat it by just using your sage powers, then you will also have to lift the heaviest dragon, hide from the most perceptive, find the most secretive, and learn various breath attacks. There are more that you will be able to do, but this is probably enough to accomplish in three days."

Heh? Wait, I need to basically challenge dragons to contests first? What kind of horse shit is that? I am a smol hooman, I no able fight big dragoon.

The dragon must have seen my hesitation, or it was blatantly plastered on my face, I can't tell sometimes, especially after being told I have to go and fight fucking dragons. I mean it was terrifying enough to go and just see one. Hell I'm still scared of this guy right here honestly. The dragon started speaking before my thoughts could devolve further though, "You look worried, don't be. You already did the hardest part, now you just need to find the essence of the dragons, and I will show you how to do it easily. You will carry the air of the dragon, or at least some semblance of one before these three days end."

God dammit well, guess its time to nut up or shut up. "Yeah, I'm pretty terrified but may as well get this over with." The dragon looks at me and smirks, he must be happy to have such a willing lab rat.

"Very well. Before you do each task I will show you how to do it once since I have accomplished each test before. After that you are to complete it with no other demonstrations, though I will answer questions. Now flash us back to the mountain. " He seems way too excited about this. I need the help of an adult, a creepy monster is trying to trick me into following him back to his home for rewards!

I put my hand on his wing and send us both back to the top of the mountain, and not long after we get there dragons fly and land in front of us in a certain order, a medium sized yellow one, a gigantic earth one, a dragon that is white and is a medium size as well, and a small black dragon. This is blatantly in the order of my tests, isn't it?

The dragon I brought with me and says one word, "Speed." The yellow dragon then darts off, breaking the sound barrier rather quickly and returning. "He will be your opponent for racing. Strength." The brown dragon uses a lot of effort to get 10 feet in the air before crashing back down onto the mountain and making it shake, "That will be your test of strength. Secrecy." The white dragon sends a tiny little burst of air from his mouth, when I look at it closer it is apparent that he had killed a fly over 100 feet away easily. "You must hide from his winds. Awareness." The black dragon disappears for a few moments before appearing right in front of me. Though I said it was the smallest of the bunch it is easily 10 feet tall and 20 feet long. I jump back a few feet before he disappears again and appears back in the line with a small smirk on his face.

The dragon then speaks again as he looks at me, "These are all challenges that you must overcome in order to properly grasp the nature of a dragon. Now pay close attention as I show you what you will do with your sage mode" He walks to the side of the yellow dragon and suddenly he starts looking more focused. Hm, I am getting some very cool vibes like when I watched the Naruto Vs. Pain fight for the first time so I am going to assume this is his sage mode.

I start watching intently as I stare at him, then I summon several clones around me to start gathering sage mode since I can tell I am going to be using it a lot. After the clones were seated the dragons roar a little bit to each other before the yellow one raises its wings and the (I'm tired of not knowing its name so till I find it out I'll name him sage dragon) sage dragon flattened the wings against his back. They both then burst forward, the yellow one turns into a streak of lighting in the beginning, but after that I couldn't keep track of it. The sage dragon, well, I don't even know where he went, he just disappeared. How am I supposed to deal with this shit? All I can tell is that I need to go somewhere faster than the lightning dragon.

After a short moment the sage dragon returns to his original position beside me and spoke, "So what do you think? Think you can pull it off?" Pull it off my ass! I am a visual learner sure, but how the fuck do I visually learn when I can't see it?!

I look at the dragon, "I literally couldn't see either of you, which may be the point but I don't know where to race to, let alone what you did." I tried to keep my sass out of it, I think I did a decent job at that at least.

The dragon sighs, "I forgot about human eyesight. Well then I will just explain it to you. Draw the nature chakra in yourself and have it coat your body first, then for this test in particular you are going to use it to make footholds in the air to stand first, then walk, run, then have it propel you slightly, and then finally you will make it so that with the slightest step you will be able to go wherever you wish so long as its unobstructed. As for where to go, we went to the place where the eggs hatched last time then returned." Well I know where to go now at least, right? Plus the dragon did give me a bit of help as to what I need to do.

I sigh and stand up, I hadn't lost the nature chakra I had earlier so I start pushing the chakra out of my body to coat me, as I do the dragon nods. "Excellent, in fact this is the better than the best transformation I had heard of yet, in the texts we had the best sage user who attained a perfect mixture still had his eyes change shape and color, his skin also turned a tinge into that of the animal he practiced under." Well he must not have been perfect then since even Naruto did better than that. Though I did do better than even him. I wonder why that is?
