Physical Strengthening Training v2.0
I. Endurance training:
1. Long run with the ball: 40k, completed in five hours or less (equivalent to a marathon).
II. Strength training
1, leg strength: high leg running 2000 times.
2. Upper body strength: 200 push-ups; 200 pull-ups.
3, lumbar and abdominal strength training: sit-ups with spinning 300 times; equipment rowing 300 times.
