Travel through the multiverse

In most novels, the MC is stupid, thoughtless, and his plot armor is way too powerful. I'll try to do something different here. Having lived a life of suffering and mental torture his entire first life, he will do his best to gain as much freedom as possible. The MC will be careful, manipulative and intelligent. We will follow his journey to freedom. Hey! This is the first time that I write something. English is not my first language, so I apologize for any grammatical errors I haven't seen. I await your feedback. I am open to all constructive criticism. (POV Alicia)

I was sitting under a tree thinking about the recent events. It all seemed so unrealistic to me. We were just on our way to the UA Sports Festival. The high school had organized everything to ensure the maximum safety of the students but without anyone knowing how or why a villain named Lucifer kidnapped us and many people all over the world. All for the sole purpose of killing us to decide on a single survivor.

If I wasn't sure this was all real, I would have thought I was dreaming.

Lucifer… this villain has an absolutely unfathomable power. He has the power to annihilate life on Earth at his fingertips. I can't think of any way to beat him.

Even if we end up being the last to survive, we will live the rest of our lives in fear that Lucifer will be bored and want more entertainment.

At first, I still didn't clearly understand the situation we found ourselves in. I still naively thought that the heroes would eventually find us and save us.

But it all fell apart when I watched Hayato wipe out the England team in cold blood. That's when I really started to get scared.

Afraid of dying as quickly as them. It was the first time I had seen a murder and I oddly didn't feel like throwing up like some of the class did.

Instead, I realized how easy it was to kill someone. A well-placed shot and most would die instantly. Even this Alexender who had a really powerful quirk died before he even knew it.

This is what absolutely terrified me. It could have been me in their place. If I had been in England instead of Japan, I would have come face to face with Hayato. I would surely be dead instantly like everyone else.

That's why I didn't follow Izuku when he got mad at Hayato and wanted to leave the group. I noticed that those who followed Izuku almost all had weak quirks while the strong ones stayed with Hayato.

And so we started to follow Hayato's orders.

In one day, we probably wiped out over 20 teams in one fell swoop with a giant fire.

I thought I had gotten used to all of it, but when I walked past the charred corpses and heard the howls of pain in the distance, I couldn't help but vomit like everyone else.

When I say the "others" I mean the students of UA. Aizawa-sensei and the villains didn't show any reactions. Strangely Hayato either. He always seems to have everything under control.

Even in this kind of situation, it seems like he has no doubts that he will be the last one standing. I really don't know where he gets all that confidence from. The enemies we have to face look formidable.

Yesterday there was this guy from the French team who looked like a vampire. No matter how many injuries were inflicted on him, he healed almost instantly. And more recently today we faced the USA Team, Eric and Rowen.

I already knew Eric, we lived in the same neighborhood in New York when we were children. We lost sight of each other after entering middle school. But today when I saw him again, I absolutely did not recognize him.

Although he was always a bit arrogant because of his powerful quirk, he was always kind to his friends. I wonder what happened to him to become like this.

As for this Rowen, I have no idea who he is. Probably a friend he made later. However, while annoying, his quirk doesn't seem to be too powerful. We should be able to take care of him easily.

As I was lost in my thoughts, I heard footsteps coming from the water source. Surely Hayato is coming back.

But when he entered my field of vision, I looked surprised. After all, he was currently carrying a camping chair.

"Where did you find this? Someone who attacked you?" I asked. I was really curious. After all, this is the first time we've found an object like this here. Maybe there are more useful ones.

"A fisherman forgot it by the river." He answered absently. He looked lost in his thoughts.

He walked over to Anna who was playing with rocks and sticks to keep busy. Then put the camping chair down next to her and sat on it then pulled out an apple before starting to look at it.

-Japan-

(POV All Might)

I was currently looking at the dazzling light that illuminated almost half the planet and I saw the windows of buildings shatter.

I was completely overwhelmed by what had just happened. One moment the villainous Lucifer was snapping his fingers and the next a country was wiped off the map.

I was scared. Afraid of what would happen to the children. Fear that Japan will disappear. And finally, I was afraid of Lucifer's power.

From that moment on, the whole world went into chaos. The hope of every nation was in the hands of children. Governments did everything they could to maintain order, but as more countries disappeared, the chaos worsened. Here in Japan, the government brought the families of the students to safety first.

Of course, even in all of this chaos, the eyes of the whole world were on the live broadcast of the fights.

When I saw Hayato take the leadership from the start and calm his comrades, I was really reassured. After all, with a leader like him who knew how to use each quirks, they stood a great chance of surviving.

Today I was in a common room at a military base in Japan where the parents of the students were protected. We were all gathered around a screen that showed the Japanese team.

I looked around. Although they are calmer than before, each parent still looked nervous. After all, although Hayato's management reassured them, they couldn't help but worry about their children.

The scene currently showed two children flying through the air calling on surrounding teams to come together to speak out and prevent the massacre.

'Naive' I thought. Disclosing your position in this sort of situation was the dumbest thing to do. And someone would surely take advantage of this opportunity.

Looking at the expressions of the parents around me, I noticed that they were all thinking the same thing. While others prayed that their children would not fall into the trap.

It doesn't surprise me, after all, adults had long lost their childishness.

But the more we continued to observe, the quieter the room became.

Hayato didn't hesitate for a second to stab the two children with his harpoon. His gaze showed no remorse. Then he began to manipulate the only boy who survived to bring him to his comrades by taking advantage of his love for the now-dead girl.

I knew this because it is impossible for an ordinary human to survive such an attack. Especially for the girl who took most of the damage.

The young boy then naively led them to his comrades.

What followed was a pure massacre. Torn limbs, exploded heads, pierced bodies ...

Hayato slaughtered the opposing team with an emotionless face.

Seeing this, some parents felt like throwing up. And even I, who is no stranger to death, was disturbed by this scene.

Then I heard someone next to me whisper in a trembling voice

"Is he really my son?"
