Become an Adventurer (Update)

we are now in. we go straight to Velde shop and it's quite a beautiful shop. I then go inside to his shop and get to the changing room.

"Oh, you don't have to worry about clothes. I have a spare in my bag so I just wear that" As I show him my bag and he is shining again.

"Please sell your bag too!"

"No! I will never sell this one!" I answer. Velden is now down on the spot. he is really sad about it. I then go to the changing room and let out my hoodie and pants. Velde is suddenly come here and see my boxer.

"Then please sell that to me!"

"Never in a million years! and get the hell out you pervert clothes maniac!" I retort as I throw him out of here. Then, I was done changing into my other clothes but this time the color is red and black. It's still the same hoodie and pants.

I get out as he quickly takes the clothes from me and quickly gives it to his assistant. he then grabs something and gives me 12 gold coins. I thanked him and ask him where can I find a nice inn. and he said to follow this road and at the 3rd junction and then go left and you'll see a flower with a bed sign. I thank him and finally getting out of there.

I then follow his direction and arrived at the inn. It's a nice three stories inn and I go in. I then go to the counter and see a girl welcome me and smiled at me.

"Welcome to the Daisy Inn. My name is Leah. Do you want to check-in and sleep here?" She asked me with a professional but dashing smile. I secretly blush since she is beautiful but still kept calm and cool on the outside.

'Her face and hair look like Asuna from SAO. just with a bigger breast and wearing the European inn clothes'

"Yes I am. can I know the price here?" I asked her.

"If you want the normal room is 3 copper a night and 5 copper if you want with breakfast and dinner. If you want an upgraded room, it cost 1 silver per night" leah said

"Then I want to stay pay for 10 days in the normal room with breakfast and dinner, is that alright?"

"Yes, It's alright. that would be 50 copper coins. Please write your name and age here" Leah said. I wrote my name and age. the language they used are Japanese, but the writing is completely different. I somehow can write and understand it.

'Maybe it's the perk of being an otherworlder' I just shrugged and continue.

Leah is surprised about my age when I wrote it.

"Eh? You're 18?!"

'It's getting old and tiring somehow' I thought.

"Yes, I am 18. I look older because of my body right?" I asked and Leah just absentmindedly nod.

"Hehe, You're the same age as me... Haruto" As he looks at my name that being register with a smile.

I pull out 5 silver coins and she received them. Leah then gives me a key to the room.

"Your room is on the second floor. Dinner is from 7 till 10. the same as breakfast" Leah said

"Thank you very much. and nice meeting you Leah" I said with a smile.

"You too Haruto" Leah said.

'It's the first time I see a guy that isn't ogling at my breast. Although he glimpses at it once but that's it. he then just looks straight into my eyes and it's the first time I enjoy it. Hehe, maybe I will have my first true male friend' Leah thought that, and now she is humming with a smile.

I go into my room and wow it's decent and very old. I checked around the room and it's clean. I then keep my AirPods in my bag and the bag goes to the Inventory.

After I have a 30 minutes break. I go downstairs and ask Leah.

"Hey Leah, can you tell me where is the adventurer guild?" I asked

"I know the way but you aren't an adventurer?" Leah asked

"No, But I am going to. so do you know where it is?"

"Ohh wait Haruto. actually, I want to go there to bring lunch for my dad" Leah said.

"Your dad?"

"Yeah, My father is the guild master of Alithian" Leah said. now I am surprised at that.

"Cool~ you must be proud of your father" I said.

"Yup. I am super proud of him" Leah smile as she is happy that someone compliments him.

Then we walk together to the adventure guild which is not that far away from here.

We arrived at the adventure guild and It's a huge building. when we go inside the building, and it's what I expect. a rowdy hungover adventurer and a little fight. honestly, I don't know why but I kinda like it. It gives you some sense of freedom.

"You can head over there if you want to register. I am going upstairs to meet my father, see you later Hiroto" As she wave her hand

"Yeah, see you" I lightly smile at her. I then walk to the receptionist's counter and she is quite beautiful. she looks a little bit like a nerd version of Sakurajima Mai.

"Welcome to the adventurer guild. My name is Hanari. Are you new here?" Hanari asked

"Yes. I just arrived this afternoon. I want to register as an adventurer" I said as politely as possible. Hanari is a little surprised since he is polite.

"Well, if you are new here then I will explain The Ranking system. There are 7 ranks. from the lowest is black, purple, green, blue, red, silver, and lastly, the highest is gold. The black rank is a beginner where you can just take a low-class mission such as fighting low-class monsters, gathering herbs, delivery, babysitting, or manual labor. the gold rank is you have to actually receive recognition from a couple of guild masters and the king. there are only 2 gold adventurers in this world. Our guild master is at Silver. Is it clear enough?" As she flashes her business smile.

"Yes, Hanari-san" I said as I understand her explanation.

"You have to fill this registration paper. you need to drop a blood as well"

I nod at what she says and fill the registration. thankfully, the place where I was born is optional so I blank that. I write my race as a white bear beastman. I bite my thumb and drop a blood. then I grab 1 silver coin from my pocket

"I am a little surprised that you are 18 Hayato-san. but before I'll give you your rank, you need to pass some mock battle from the examiner. It will determine your capability as an adventure and rank. please wait for a moment" Hanari said that as she got up and leave to the door in the back.

I waited then a couple of minutes later, Hanari comes back and somehow become nervous.

"E-Ehem! Please follow me to the battle barrack" Hanari said as she looks nervous.

'Why is she nervous? am I scaring her?' I don't know what I do so I just quietly nod and follow her. A battle barrack is an open place so if someone used magic, there's not going to be much damaged. Then I see a big man that is half naked while he is carrying a big wooden sword. he has a lot of scars.

"Heya! I am your examiner. The name is Ruildo! You can use magic but please do it moderately. and if you want a weapon, just pick something over there" Ruildo said as he grins.

I somehow feel some killing intent from him. what did I do? I just shrugged it off and pick up a fairly good Katana wooden sword since it's the closest thing to Kusanagi. I noticed that a lot of people are watching us and even whisper.

"Alright I am ready" I said

After I am ready Hanari confirms Ruildo if he is ready and he nods.

"Then... Begin!"

Ruildo suddenly closes into me.

'Fast! But I can still dodge him'

I dodge him as he is attacking me. He suddenly Kicks me so I dodge it using a jump and attack him with my sword while he defends it.

'This kid is good! he is surprisingly calm when I close enough to him, and he is able to dodge my fighting style. but this is just the start kid!' Ruildo grin as his movement becomes faster.

Ruildo becomes faster and his power has risen. I can still dodge them but my clothes are going to be a wreck because of how loose my clothes are and how big my body is. I suddenly felt Ruildo attacking power is increased while I tilt his sword. I Kick him fast and make some room.

'He's using some kind of power to enhance the magic and it's strong! If I not tilted it and just received its attack then my hand is definitely going to be numb. then I have to end this'

I then used Madara Battle intent and Ruildo sense fear.

'This kid. what kind of pressure is this? It's more fearsome than then when I fight with the royal knight captain!' Ruildo thinks. This time I used my lightning agility. Ruildo is shocked about the change in my fighting attack. He tried to slash me but I dodge it to the left and used my bear palm on his wooden sword. The giant wooden sword is smashed to pieces. I then quickly place my feet on top of his neck and do a headlock.

The sudden change and attack are shocking Ruildo. everyone else who watches our match is shocked in silence. a couple of seconds later Ruildo taps my foot as his sign of giving up.

I then get up and give him a helping hand which he accepted.

"You're very skilled kid. and your change throws me off guard. not bad!" Ruildo grin as he said that.

"Thank you Ruildo-san" I said. Suddenly Leah comes near us and punch Ruildo in the gut. which he suddenly kneel and groan.

'That must hurt' I thought.

"Why the hell are you examining him dad?!" Leah scream at Ruildo.

"Dad? Leah, if he is your dad then does that mean..." I said then Leah just continue and sigh.

"Sigh~, Yes. This is my dad Ruildo, also the guild master of Alithian kingdom" Leah introduce him which left me speechless.

"Nice to meet you kid, ugh... why did you punch me?" Ruildo said and asks Leah.

"Asked yourself why a silver rank adventurer like you suddenly test him when he just walk with me" Leah said while looking cold at him.

"But I thought my baby is going away...Agh!" Leah kicks his legs.

"You're lucky your my dad, otherwise I would have to hate you forever" Leah said while acting cold.

"Kuhh... It's your fault!" Ruildo pointed the blame on me.

"And how is that my fault? Moreover, you're killing intent when we have that mock test, You really want to hurt me that bad huh?" I Sharpen my eyes as Ruildo Sweatdrops.

"Dad~" Leah said while coldly smile at him. even I could feel the temperature drop.

"M-Maa... Ehem! wait for a minute. I have to give him his rank" Ruildo said as he tried to diverted the topic. but me and Leah just stare at him which makes him sweatdrop a lot.

"Ehem! I am going to grant you a blue rank card. I know that you beat me in a mock exam but I am not using my full power, plus I can't just give you a higher one because you might catch some dirty noble interest. you don't want that do you?" Ruildo said to me.

I just nod at him. I certainly don't want some nobles to disrupt my life by doing his or her dirty jobs.

"Alright, then Hanari! Give him his card Rank! I am going to meet someone after this. The paperwork is going to be done tomorrow so don't worry" Ruildo said.

"But you also said that yesterday!" Hanari said as Ruildo just runoff.

'So he hates paperwork huh? must be tough that a muscle head doing some paperwork' I thought and smirks.

"Quite a dad you have Leah" I said as I grin at her.

Leah see me doing that just pout "Hmph! Baka Oyaji"

"Maa~ calm down. Your dad is quite an interesting and fun person so I don't mind" I said.

"... You're just mocking me aren't you" Leah glare at him.

"Maybe~?" as I whistle.

"You!! Ugh... I hate you dad!" Leah said because he embarrassed her.

meanwhile, Ruildo just got chill when he is on his way.

Now Hanari is doing some paperwork and make his guild card.

"Congratulation Haruto-san. you are now a blue rank adventurer. It's quite rare that we got a powerful adventurer that just skipped to blue rank. now please don't lose this as you are going to get charged 3 gold coins" Hanari said as she handed me my blue adventurer card.

"Thank you so much. Is there any mission for me that near here?" I asked.

"Let's see..." Hanari said as she flips the book that she just put out and searched for jobs.

"Hmm... The closest thing you can get is you have to defeat 4 giant Warhog. You can just take its tusk for completion"

"I have an inventory skill so is it okay if I bring the whole body?" I asked. She is surprised for a moment.

"Yes, it is Haruto-san. wow, you just make surprise after surprise huh? That skill is rare you know" Hanari smile as she said that.

"Maybe, also can I have a map?"

"We have a highly detailed one. It cost 5 silver coins" Hanari said as she brought out the map.

I brought out 5 silver coins. "That's fine Hanari-san. Thank you so much" I bowed at her.

"Be careful Haruto-san" As she waved at me. I nod with a smile then I am off
