Race and Si-Yeon

A few days after getting my bike, I started coming to school with it. Unfortunately, my skills hadn't improved yet.

Today, I saw Minu convincing Jay to have a match with TJ. This meant that the relationships between the characters were really beginning to build up, and as a new cycling enthusiast, I wanted to see Jay's skills.

So, I slowly approached them and said, "I also like cycling, let me join." I admit, it wasn't the best first impression I could have made, but hey, I was nervous.

Although Jay stared at me, Minu seemed thrilled to see someone else enjoying cycling and agreed to let me join. Unfortunately for Minu, Jay didn't seem very happy about the situation, so he left without saying anything.

After that, classes continued, and I went to the park to meet Minu, of course, accompanied by my bike and earphones. This time, I was listening to "Malade mon sourire" by "Yung Poor Alo".

Upon arriving at the park, I saw Minu sitting on a bench. We nodded to greet each other, and I sat down next to him. We didn't talk because we were both engrossed in our music.

After long minutes of waiting, we saw Jay arrive confidently. Minu explained the rules to everyone, and shortly after, the match began.

TJ took the lead thanks to his bike, but Jay didn't let it slide and started to accelerate. TJ, afraid that Jay might catch up, deliberately dropped a construction cone behind his wheels to make Jay fall. Seeing this, Jay dodged the cone. With June's warning, he saw that he was heading straight for a parked car. Not having time to dodge it, Jay lifted his bike and smoothly rode over the car. He hadn't overtaken TJ yet, but thanks to this move, he didn't fall behind.

Seeing a turn, Jay didn't slow down but instead accelerated. He took the turn with a magnificent drift, allowing him to surpass TJ. He took the opportunity to taunt him.

After a while, a slope appeared. Jay and TJ continued to accelerate. Jay made a drift, and his foot landed on the fence at the end of the slope. He gained momentum from it. TJ, on the other hand, crashed into the fence head-on.

Jay = 1, TJ = 0

After the race, Jay came back and told Minu not to bother him at school anymore. Honestly, despite his shitty attitude, he was cool on his bike.

After that, I bid farewell to Minu myself and started riding home.

Upon returning, I saw Do-Wan covered in injuries. I think he just got out of a fight. I wasn't worried because I knew Si-Yeon had saved him.

The next day, we decided to order fried chicken. 30 minutes later, the doorbell rang, I hurried to open it, and there I saw Si-Yeon. Her eyes widened before composing herself and asking me if Do-Wan was there. I told her he was in the shower, then I offered her some tea, which she accepted as Do-Wan would take a few minutes before coming out.

She wasn't very talkative, so we didn't speak much, but I learned that she was my age and attended the same school as Do-Wan. So, I told her why I lived here and how Do-Wan's parents had adopted me.

After that, Do-Wan came out of the shower, shocked that it was Si-Yeon who came and not the chicken delivery guy. He then told me everything that happened yesterday. Following that, Si-Yeon told Do-Wan to come with her, then she offered if I wanted to come too, I obviously accepted, and we had a good afternoon, even though it was awkward at first. We even bought a outfit for Do-Wan that suited him well.

After a while, we went to the arcade. Even though Do-Wan beat us at every game, it was quite fun. Then we went to the restroom, leaving Si-Yeon alone. After a few minutes, we returned to her, and Do-Wan called her by name, and before she could reply, a rather sturdy boy our age grabbed Do-Wan's hair, threatening him not to call Si-Yeon so familiarly.

I intervened and without saying a word, I twisted his wrist and easily put him on his knees. He looked at me shocked but got scared when he saw my emotionless face.

Si-Yeon then told me to let him go before I could break his arm, and then she looked at the one named "Se-Hun" and told him to mind his own business. He then asked who I was, and she replied that I was her boyfriend.

I quickly understood that she said that to tease me and to shock Se-Hun, so I played along and hugged Si-Yeon. I saw her blush, but she couldn't do anything since she was the one who said I was her boyfriend. Se-Hun, on the other hand, had a horrified look on his face, which was honestly amusing.

I then called Do-Wan, and the three of us left.

Si-Yeon wanted to take us to one last place, so we followed her. Meanwhile, I opened my system.

All my stats had increased, and all thanks to cycling and Aikido training. These past few days, I've learned Aikido to be able to defend myself in all situations. As for the speed at which I've evolved, I think it's due to my infinite potential.

After some time of walking, we arrived at a building, an old motel. Do-Wan asked Si-Yeon why she had brought us here, but she didn't respond.

So, we entered the building and took the elevator. Upon exiting, we saw a teenager in a suit.

He said to everyone present in the room: "The general assembly of the Gwanak gang will now begin."
