     When the 2nd trial of the Alloces Academy entrance exam ended after 3 days, there were only 433 survivors that passed and returned alive to the Academy. That was beneath the maximum requirement of examinees that would be accepted as a student.

Returning to the Alloces Academy, the 433 survivors who passed the exam are exhausted. Including Rumpel and Faust themselves.

' 3 days... We spent our time in the forest for 3 days... The break between the 2nd and 3rd trial is one hour. The 3rd test would last 1 hour and 30 minutes... Ughh... I'm so tired. Physically and mentally. '

Surviving in the forest for 3 days isn't easy even with the things and items that Rumpel has in his storage ring. They encountered a lot of monsters and the other examinees in the forest.

For the 2nd day, they wake up early to set up the traps. They spent their entire morning setting up traps around their base premises and killing monsters like carnivorous rabbits, a boar, and giant slime.

They struggled with killing the slime and Rumpel, Gretchen, and Tabitha nearly found their selves being swallowed by the Giant Slime and digested themselves.

' Thank fuck, that it didn't happen. '

Rumpel may love some slime monster girls in Fantasy and Isekai media but encountering them in this world is different. It wasn't some hentai shit with the girl's clothes just melting. Rumpel's dignity and pride were also on the line.

And it was very unrealistic to only have their clothes melting. Being inside the giant slime's body is equivalent to being thrown into an Acid. The body is also on the list to be melted in the slime. Anything that enters its body would melt aside from its most important body organ inside it, a magic core– the heart, brain, and soul of a slime.

Their magic weapons are useless against it. The only solution that they found was the only low-rank magic bomb that Rumpel had on his storage ring entering inside the slime, exploding and destroying the magic core.

After the slime explodes, its gooey slimy body explodes on them. It was very disgusting. If Rumpel would compare it to a certain situation, it was worse than splattering blood on your clothes and body.

Fortunately, Rumpel brought a lot of clothes in his storage ring and Tabitha have also some spares in her storage ring. Tabitha offered some clothes to Gretchen and the latter accepted. Thankfully, they were roughly around the same size.

However, the unfortunate thing was Wagner and Faust. Rumpel's clothes didn't fit their size. They have no choice but to remain in their disgusting gooey and icky clothes.

More unfortunate that there is no river in the forest. They can't wash their clothes and all of them can't take a bath.

In the afternoon of the 2nd day, they spend their time killing carnivorous plants.

The rest of their 3rd day is about defeating the examinees who were attempting to kill them or sabotage their group by making the monsters go for them.

They spent their time dealing with those bastards that sick those monsters on them. Rumpel has experienced the act of killing a human being for the first time. Even if it was for self-defense and Rumpel had pushed a person to the cliff.

For their group, it was a struggle dealing with those bastard participants.

With damaged magic weapons because of the giant slime, their group could only use Rumpel's regents on his storage ring to deal both with the monsters and the perpetrators on the 3rd day.

By the very end of it, now that they were here and back at Alloces Academy, they were exhausted. Clothes rumpled and hygiene forgotten, Rumpel spent the one-hour break between 2nd and 3rd trials to the fullest. Eating and resting with the group.

The 3rd trial is a solo. There are only 433 participants. It means that they would automatically pass. However, the professors of the Alloces Academy decided that they would still take the 3rd trial. It doesn't matter to them that the examinees are already exhausted. They were cruel and apathetic to the examinee's plight.

" Even if we don't do our best, we will pass, right? "

Gretchen yawned. Her crimson eyes have eye bags. Clearly showing her tiredness and lack of sleep.

" Even if we don't answer anything, we will pass. "

Faust on the other hand is currently the state of an unhygienic human being. Clothes rumpled, messy hair and let's not forget the slime goo on his and Wagner's clothes. They haven't bathed so they currently smell disgusting.

" I think, it shall be alright if we just answer them. "

But not with a correct answer was left unsaid.

" What about you, Rumpel? "

Tabitha asked. Glancing at her, Rumpel replied.

Yawning, Rumpel continued.

Eventually, the student's break ended. It was now time for the remaining 433 students to take the last trial of the Alloces Academy's Entrance Exam.

All of them were guided into different rooms in Alloces Academy. Each of the rooms has several 10-20 examinees.

Rumpel entered a room with other examinees. However, Faust, Gretchen, and Wagner aren't there with him. The only one who was a familiar face was Tabitha Idra, their teammate during the 2nd trial.

They have 1 hour and 30 minutes to answer all of the questions in a magical test paper. They were exhausted and their state was not at its best, this was cruel. But being cruel and apathetic is just how the Goetia Kingdom works.

People could do nothing about it. And people who wanted to change it from the bottom suffered the most painful consequences way worse than death.

Eventually, the 1 hour and 30 minutes test ended. Examinees are guided out of the classroom and to the academy grounds of Alloces Academy.

Rumpel didn't manage to get a perfect score of 100. He has run out of time. And he's correct scores are uncertain.

Getting a perfect score in their current state is impossible. But Maybe Faust can do it.

While on the Academy Grounds, the professors told them to stand there and wait for the results.

An hour later, the results came out.
