Flashback!
Qin Yan, Elder Tang and Elder Su proceeded towards Elder Su's teahouse. After reaching their destination, Elder Su confirmed with Qin Yan, "Is there nobody you want to call?"
Qin Yan shook her head silently. She should be feeling bad right now that she had nobody important enough to let them witness her apprenticeship ceremony. But she did not feel sad as she knew that there were people who genuinely cared for her even though they could not be available for her right now.
Elder Su acknowledged Qin Yan's situation and signalled for everyone to proceed further. They all went into the teahouse and took their respective seats.
After settling down, Qin Yan advanced to serve the tea to Elder Su.
"Master above, accept my three bows."
After the tea, she respectfully called him Master and bowed three more times.
