Chapter 7- Princess of Rain Country

Just as he had asked the price of the sword, a nearby women in her early twenties, also did the same in a somewhat immature and alluring voice to the maid beside her.

Just as how he was observing her, she did the same for him. When she spotted him staring at her, she frowned, but as she looked at his attractive crimson eye, she was surprised to find that they only carried pride, arrogance and serenity. There was no hints of lust or longing. This startled her as not many men were capable of ignoring her attractive figure, even while her face was covered, she was easily one of the best beauties in Inkstone City.

Behind her were 2 other maids that were dressed in blue robes. The princess was furious, not at getting the sword, this sword was just something pleasing to her eyes so she had decided to buy this before going further inside to buy the better swords, however the prospect of loosing to a lowly commoner was displeasing to her. She couldn't carry too much gold or else her attempt at sneaking outside to have fun would've been found out. Frowning she started at Xu Feng before coldly stating with sarcasm " this sword is totally worth 20,000 gold hump" Snorting indifferently, she left. Little did she know that if she had said even the tiniest of insults before this man instead of a sarcastic comment which Xu Feng found funny, her whole family would've been wiped out from the face of the country.

After buying the originally 200 gold coin worth sword for 20,000 gold, Xu Feng blamed his bad luck, but when he remembered the arrogant glint within the eyes of the princess turning to one of helplessness when he stated his price, he felt utter bliss thinking " It's too early for this junior to mess with gods!" Not only that, when he held this sword, he could clearly feel it's shitty craftsmanship, cursing at the uselessness of the weapon forger, he wore a satisfied smile, after all the soul sealing metal in here was worth over 500,000 gold. Also, he realised that this princess wasn't spoilt and dumb the the ones he was used to observing, this one albeit an idiot still had her own moral code and principals, a shockingly rare quality in the spoilt younger generation of imperial families who are used to thinking the world revolves around them.

Then with the voluptuous maid guided him further inside the store. When he reached the end where all the sharp swords were placed, he once again saw the princess looking at swords. He then calmly proceeded to buy all the good swords within the store, and left after paying a heft sum that totalled to 40,000 gold. Now Xu Feng only had 30,000 gold coins left out of the original 100,000. "ummm, I should start stealing from those weaker stores after I break through"

When the princess saw him buying lots of swords, she though he was once again trying to show off his wealth in front of her. This greatly displeased the princess as she suspected that this man was doing this just to gain her attention. But when she turned around to see his lean and attractive figure leave the store, she found out that he didn't even turn his head back for a glance at her, not even once. Giving birth to an weird feeling of hate within her, as she was displeased this attractive youth didn't even spare her a single glance. Now within her heart was a budding seed of curiosity.

The Qi Sensing realm is about finding the various natural Qi that surrounds the air and absorbing it through the pores, purifying and strengthening the bodies tolerance towards Qi, while the Qi consolidation realm is about consolidating the Qi in the air, and storing it in the muscles to release explosive and quick movements in a battle.

Laughing life a maniac, Xu Feng then proceeded towards the horse carriage he had rented and threw the sack inside.

He then repeated this action in all the weaker stores, and stole a total of 23 shops within a single night. Pleased with his harvest, Xu Feng then meticulously transported it to his room through his self created opening in the window.

Feeling content and peaceful, Xu Feng proceeded to meditate and absorb the various energies from the weapons he stole before further reinforcing his skin. Then he hacked his hand with a early apprentice grade sword, there wasn't even a single mark on his hand, it still remained beautiful like the moon in the night sky. Xu Feng then concluded that this body was now capable of physically fighting with mid Daitan Opening realm experts when they don't use Qi. He could now even kill Early Daitan opening experts with ease. This was the result of 7 months of arduous and constant cultivation. Now he had reached the grand circle of Qi Consolidation realm, only a step away from being able to catch up to the so called "blessed by heaven" geniuses within the imperial city. The prideful princess he saw last time was a early daitan opening realm expert. Now if Xu Feng meets her again, he is capable of subduing her in less than 200 moves. But to kill her would be troublesome, after all she is a princess be it of a backwater kingdom, she'll still have secret techniques and trump cards to protect her life. Xu Feng never underestimates his enemies. His arrogance and confidence is born through his understanding of his opponents.
