chapter 67 - monarch vs dark triads part 1

In the snowy plains far up in the north of the continent, lays the biggest country in Black Clover. The Spade Kingdom.

The place was shrouded in a thick snowy fog that made it difficult to know whether it was night or day.

Floating in the sky was nine figure each exudes the sense of power. In the middle of this group was man with long wild crimson hair wearing a military uniform with an overcoat hung on his shoulder.

The most striking feature was his third eye that had a yin-yang symbol indicating the beginning and the end. The man was Samshiel.

"Today is the day we show our power to those devil users' scum. All of you will only use one percent of your power and try not be defeated while I fight the gravity user."

All the figures on the right were kneeling in respect. The man in question smiled and turned his gaze upon the horror that those wolves in sheep clothing were doing.

He summoned a clone of himself that disappeared to do his task. Samshiel then summoned his shadow soldiers implanting them to the citizens who were screaming agony.

His hand formed a spherical shaped bomb that had dark miasmic aura inside. The bomb floated slowly downward then in an instant a part of the kingdom was obliterated.

"Go forth my soldier and make sure that these scums suffer!"

Thousands of shadows popped out of the citizen protecting them from the people who were corrupted by power.

Hearing the ruckus, the dark disciples and Dark Triad appeared floating looking at their opponents.

"Oh, looks like someone strong finally appeared! I want to fight him! Can I dan-"

Before she could finish her words, Megicula appeared consuming half of her face.

"What do you mean Megicula!? You're saying that he is that strong for you be cautious?"

Before Dante could finish his sentence, his body was destroyed, exploding into million pieces. Both Vanica and his other bother, Zenon was shocked that their brother was easily dispatched.

All the dark disciples tried to attack but were instantly sent flying by a powerful force pushing them fifty meters away.

"Tch a human that only borrows power from others are truly the weakest thing I ever seen. I told you father that we should have killed them now!"

"Haha don't be like that Quinn, why don't you fight that woman over there while I fight that person that dare to claim you as his."

Quinn blushed seeing her "father" being concerned and gave him a small peck on the cheek then disappeared as she grabbed Vanica's head like what Ichigo did to Aizen.

Zenon tried to use his spatial magic but was shocked that he couldn't. Yugomuth chuckled seeing the person astonished.

The rest of the monarchs disappeared as Samshiel used attraction force and grab the neck of Dante who had regenerated.

Dante's body began to change into a much sinister appearance as darkness consumed his body while he proceeded to sprout a pair of bat wings. A dark halo like ring also appeared behind him.

Using his breathing technique Samshiel sliced the flesh into nothingness while his shadow demise magic erased a chunk of Lucifer body slowing the body magic.

He jokingly said while evading a black hole created by Lucifero. Samshiel frowned and swiped his arms, destroying the black hole.

The black hole wasn't truly a physical black hole but rather an artificially made by magic replicating the effect. While Lucifero was a gravity magic user, Samshiel was the ruler of the fundamental forces.

He could feel the mana was eating away his body and instantly knew what to do. Samshiel used his [Parallel thought processing] as he was removing the excess mana and while putting draconic energy as a temporally exchange.

Samshiel could feel his body was being refined as its rank was increasing. He used this opportunity to look at his world energy seed and that was devouring the excess mana that he discarded.

He finally finished refining his body to see that his shadow soldiers were able to maintain their battle with Lucifero. Samshiel decided to end it and summoned the Demon Slasher.

"Lucifero, you are one pesky dude for making feel pain again. You are worthy to die in my hands."

Samshiel eyes cracked open revealing his alpha and omega pupils while he held the Demon Slasher handle that appeared from his Gate of Babylon.

The blade was coated in miasmic aura that sliced downward without resistances. The sword itself did not make any sound but the aftermath was crystal clear.

Everything was sliced in half be it the clouds, the buildings, the castle or Lucifero who wasn't even able to make a sound as his body couldn't heal.

Samshiel was surprised that the sadistic killer Dante was begging for his life. He found it really funny that he started laughing.
