chapter 60 - meeting In laws

Everyone was surprised to see Samshiel as his presence was that of a great emperor who ha ruled over countless kingdoms along with Sapphire who looked like a goddess that descended from heavens.

Every man and woman looked at Samshiel and Sapphire with envy but quickly scoff it off because of their origin.

"Ara~ you are the man that my daughter fell in love with? I am impressed that you didn't disappoint me."

Lady Roselei was impressed, despite being a commoner he could have such a high class etiquette with the way of words. Samshiel charisma was beyond normal human could do because his bloodline could influence others.

"Hmph boy what can you offer to my daughter?"

Lord Roselei bluntly said because he wanted to know what kind of man that could woo his daughter. He knew he was commoner and a member of Black Bulls. This gave a bad impression of Samshiel but seeing him in person gave him doubts.

Lord Roselei could see the old king who he once served in the war with the diamond kingdom defending their lands.

"That would take I while so I wish to speak with you in private."

Samshiel smiled while being as vague as possible as he wanted to show them that their opinion about his standing isn't important as it's beyond their comprehension.

His jade emperor soul was getting pissed at this lowly noble looking down at him but he was able to overpower it.

He could hear the nobles gossiping about Samshiel and Sapphire which made him release some killing intent silencing them.

"For now, I offer this as goodwill for being the parents of my lover."

Samshiel summoned a shadow soldier surprising them but the shadow kneeled down presenting a set of gifts. One was a necklace with different colorful gems that gave mystical beauty.

Another was a wine that Samshiel brew in his free time using mukoton, it was highly vital wine that could improve someone's health.

"This is a wine that was brewed from a land I once visited while this is a necklace enchanted by magic."

The head of Roselei was surprised to see the high class gifts they received and wondered if this person was truly a commoner and wanted to know the truth after they talk in private.

Both weren't idiots and prideful knowing there were much to him more than what meets the eye. The Roselei and Vermillion weren't arrogant like the other nobles.

That's is the reason why they are close friends with Julius who shared his dream with them. A place with no discrimination.

The people in the land governed by The Roselei respected their family because of their humble attitude and that helped further improving Julius plans.

Of course, Samshiel use his omniscience to check this. Even if it was omniscience it doesn't mean he memorizes everything, it only allows him to know something he wishes to know. Like a Google search.

"Excellent! You seem to be an interesting boy."

She knows if someone holds a secret like the witch that cursed Charlotte which was actually a blessing in disguise as she could see that Samshiel was a man with great ambition.

Charlotte blushed a bit and turned to Samshiel gazing at her beautiful dress. It was dress she was supposed to wear when she dated the dense Yami, though now her hair was down increasing the appeal of her shoulders.

The bloodline had removed the impurities of her body making her skin as smooth as a baby making any woman jealous.

"You looked beautiful in that dress."

Samshiel then kissed her hand making the men grit their teeth, some tried to walk to him but froze sensing they were approaching the doors of death.

The party continued as Samshiel saw the Vermillion and Silva. He thought of Acier inside his inner world and thought of making Solid see his mother again but put it on hold for now.

He turned to greet Fugeleon and Leopold with a beautiful elderly woman that still retained a mature beauty despite her wrinkles. She turned to see Samshiel with an observing gaze looking at every part of his being.

"You must the one Mereleona has fallen for?"

This surprised the other nobles but couldn't say anything because of the Vermillion high standings, even the king didn't voice his opinion. Samshiel already planned to manipulate the king to be better by using the ability of Shisui's Mangekyo, Kotoamatsukami.

"Yes, that would be me and it is my pleasure to finally meet you Lady Vermilion."

He gave his respects to which the lady nodded and continued to asset Samshiel to know what he truly is.

The party continued without issue though the noble gave arrogant smugs when looking at Samshiel but it was the only thing they could do as his presence is beyond them.

"Why don't lady Charlotte and her guest entertain us with a little dance?"

Said one of the arrogant nobles think that Samshiel couldn't dance and would embarrass himself in front all of them. Samshiel then smirked which made the person shudder in fear.

"That would be a great idea, care for a dance milady?"

Charlotte smiled and nodded as they went to the dance floor making the noble move out the way. After bowing to each other, the orchestra started the music as both lovers swiftly moved and began to dance.

Their dance was like being at the theater, people watched in awe as every step was like the dance of God as their figures emphasized their fluid movements.

The music ended and they finished their performance making everyone stunned for moment but a loud round of applause echoed.

"That was a great dance my dear."

"Hahaha it is indeed. Would you like a dance as well, Sapphire?"

"That would be amazing dear."

Both once again danced entertaining the nobles. No one could complain as it was otherworldly. The party continued and after enjoying the moment some nobles introduce themselves interested in the wine he gifted.

Most of the nobles who had approached Samshiel weren't arrogant but rather smart business opportunists.

Samshiel had conversed with Vermillion family giving favorable impression so they weren't against Samshiel having a relationship with Mereleona and even if they were against it they wouldn't voice it as she would be pissed if they did.

The party had reached its peak and everyone had begun to return to their own territory while Samshiel remained to have a private talk with the head of Vermillion and Roselei.

Samshiel sat besides Sapphire and Charlotte who laid their heads on his shoulders.

"Now then I am intrigued to know who you truly are as I know from experience that you are hiding something."

"That is my opinion as well. Regardless of how much I try I could not see through you."

Samshiel smiled as he summoned Sakuya who created a portal surprising the family heads. He then stood as he spoke.

"It would be much better to show you."

All of them came back from their shock as they stood up and followed Samshiel arriving to his ark. They were shocked to see that they were floating in the sky and looked below to see a magnificent architecture that they have never seen.

"It would be a long talk so why don't we sit down."

Samshiel snapped his fingers and the scenery changed as they sat in high class chairs. Sakuya and the other maids began to serve different kind of refreshments.

"Don't be shocked, take as much you like."

The family heads began to test a black bead like food and felt the sweetness that melted in their mouth.

"What is this?"

"That would be chocolate, a product created in my empire."

Everyone eyes widened as his simple shocked them. They knew there weren't any other country besides the four-great kingdoms.

"Who or What are you?"

"That would be hard to explain but I am the First Emperor of The Jade Empire…."

Samshiel began to explain his origin besides his real world that he only shares with his lovers. This made them in awe at their son-in-law, a man beyond the power of Clover Kingdom.

"That's about it, do you have any questions you wish to ask?"

"I am interested in this empire of your can we look around?"

"Of course, if you follow my servants."

Sakuya remained with Samshiel as the other servants began to take the family heads on a tour while Samshiel couldn't wait and teleported himself, Sapphire, Sakuya and Charlotte to the bedroom where they enjoyed themselves.

They took a few days to finish using time manipulation but for the family heads it lasted only for a second. Samshiel joined the tour as he introduced his way of governing the empire impressing them even further.

"It would be wonderful to live here but our task in The Clover Kingdom is not done."

The one who spoke was Lady Roselei as they still needed to help Julius in his task changing The Clover Kingdom. With the knowledge Samshiel showed, they had improve their plans.

"Indeed, we will make The Clover Kingdom something like this in the future."

The one who spoke was Lady Vermillion with great ambition in her eyes. They left the empire in the next morning as Samshiel changed the time axis.

"For your question we give you our blessings to be our son-in-law."

"Thank you and I will make sure to not disappoint you all."

The family heads nodded knowing who Samshiel was. Charlotte remained in The Jade Empire as she wanted a date with Samshiel to which he agreed.

In the next day Samshiel flew towards where the enormous sapling at the center of his solar system was floating.

The sapling was enormous, around the size of Jupiter even though it was just a sapling. Samshiel knew this was the World Energy Seed as he could feel a powerful energy within the branches.

"this seem to be the same sapling as the one in my dantian huh?"

Samshiel tried pouring some energy into it and it greedily devoured it. He smiled as it was truly the same seed. It was the reason why he felt much more connected to his inner world.

"Now that's done I should check on Acier."

Samshiel flew back to Midgard not noticing the sprouting leaves when he fed the sapling.
