Team B new leader.

Qi Anmei just arrived at Team B's workplace quarter when one of her teammate, the forty one years old Chia Wai Kwong called her out.

"What is it uncle Wai?" Qi Anmei replied blandly.

"Supervisor Gu has been looking for you. He said that the new team leader would like to ask something from you."

"I thought that she'll only officially take charge tomorrow?" Qi Anmei murmured in annoyance but still walked her way back to the door to go to Supervisor Gu's office. Seeing her arrogance,Chia Wai Kwong could only sigh and shook his head but said nothing.

"She's once again displaying her attitude?" Chia Wai Kwong heard someone talk and when he look over, he saw his colleague and another team mate, the thirty five years old Dou Bao Tian.

Chia Wai Kwong once again shakes his head. "As usual."

Qi Anmei knocked on the door two times before opening Supervisor Gu's office. It has been one of his rules that anyone staff of the R&D department could enter his ofgice as long as they knock twice.

Entering, Qi Anmei's eyes caught the ugly woman she met earlier at the lobby of the building and whom she discovered to be the new team leader. However, Qi Anmei pretended to not recognized her and rather look to Supervisor Gu and smile. "Heard from uncle Chia you're looking for me Supervisor Gu?"

"It's good you're finally here." Both Supervisor Gu and the Fan Xifeng stood up. Fan Xifeng realized that the arrogant woman she met earlier is no other than the temporary staff in charge of Team B, Qi Anmei but seeing how the woman acted like she didn't recognized her, Fan Xifeng did the same.

"Miss Jing, this is Qi Anmei. She was the previous staff in charge of Team B. Qi Anmei, this is Miss Jing. She's the company's new recruit from abroad and will also serve as a research specialist and new leader of Team B."

Fan Xifeng nodded at Qi Anmei but what shocked the latter and even Supervisor Gu was that the woman actually just nodded and didn't even offered a handshake. 'Arrogant!' Qi Anmei thought in annoyance. However, she restrained herself and smile, "Team leader Jing, nice meeting you."

Seeing that Qi Anmei also didn't offer a handshake towards Jing Feng, Supervisor Gu could only hide his displeasure. "Team Leader Jing have something to ask regarding your team's research since the start of this month."

"Ah?" Qi Anmei turned confused and this time, looked at the ugly Fan Xifeng.

"Let's sit first." Fan Xifeng said and once seeing they're all seated, she picked up the papers she printed earlier and already have shown to Supervisor Gu and pushed it in front Qi Anmei. "Miss Qi, I left some note on the papers. Please read it first so you could explain the details to me in depth."

Qi Anmei paused in shocked. 'Is this ugly woman trying to get even with me from earlier incident?!' Qi Anmei's expression turned ugly. She look directly to Fan Xifeng. "Miss Jing, I'm not sure if you held grudge with what happened earlier in the lobby but I guess it's not right for you to mixed personal matters and the professional one." Qi Anmei took a moment silently to praised herself. 'That's direct and courageous words there Anmei.' However she didn't see how bad Supervisor Gu's expression became since Fan Xifeng already pointed out everything wrong with the papers.

On the other hand, Fan Xifeng was calm, in fact she' really unfazed deep inside. She realized that the woman she was talking to is not only arrogant but also a stupid one. Now she wants to swallow back the compliments she earlier gave to the HR Department since how could Fan Enterprise have this kind of employee?!

"Qi Anmei!" Supervisor Gu said in a strict voice.

"It's okay Supervisor Gu, let me handle it, besides, Miss Qi will be under my wings soon."

Supervisor Gu sighed, his expression towards Fan Xifeng apologetic.

"Miss Qi, I won't be sorry and you're missing the point here. There's no such thing as holding grudge with what happened earlier since I have long forgotten about it. Since I will be the team leader of Team B, the content of these papers are all about the researches for the past months, not only with yours but also about when Miss Ning was still around. And because you are placed as the temporary staff in charge of Team B, I believe you could help me with some queries?" Fan Xifeng said in professional way. Not too arrogant but not too soft as well.

Qi Anmei realizing her stupidity calmed down but looking at the thick papers, she can't just be subservient. "I apologized for my behavior earlier Miss Jing. But in as much as I would like to help instantly however, I don't think a normal human could read these thick files right away?"

Fan Xifeng smiled. "Oh that I could understand. Anyway originally I only planned to approach Supervisor Gu in this matter. However, Supervisor Gu himself recommended it's better to meet you early. Honestly, I already approximated that a day is enough for you to finished reading the documents. Tomorrow, I hope that everything is settled on my table." Fan Xifeng stood up. "That's all. I would like to leave first Supervisor Gu, Miss Qi."

Fan Xifeng then walked out of Supervisor Gu's office.

After Fan Xifeng left, Qi Anmei who was just slapped of her stupidity smiled at Supervisor Gu. "That ….Supervisor, I will go ahead first."

"Stay for a while, I need to tell you something."

Qi Anmei sat back, however, her smiled turned awkward.

"Qi Anmei, I hope you're already aware that if not because of your Cheuk Fangrong sister, you won't be able to retain your job here in the company. The attitude you have shown towards Miss Jing earlier and who happened to be your new team leader is definitely unprofessional. I won't say much because you're old enough for me to explain it all."

Qi Anmei bowed her head in obedience, however her hands being hidden from Supervisor Gu's view were tightly clenched.

Seeing her obedience, Supervisor Gu sighed once more. "You may go now."

Qi Anmei stood up and picked the documents from Fan Xifeng earlier. "That, thank you Supervisor Gu, what you said, I'll keep it in mind."

Supervisor Gu nodded his head once more and shift his focus on the computer, not being able to see the annoyance from Qi Anmei's eyes.
