Chapter 20: Coincident? Maybe Not

You can cut the tension inside the elevator with a knife. The three of us were quiet the whole way down while Denise and Vodka were chatting away. I couldn't quite catch any detail of their conversation, being busy with a different conversation I was having with myself.

Maybe it is just a coincident that the both Vodka and I are staying at the same condominium building. I don't really know everyone staying at that building. I didn't even know that Vin, my boyfriend, also has a unit near mine.

Maybe so but isn't it weird that the night that some unknown person kept ringing my doorbell is also the same night the Vodka happens to be there too. I mean, I've been staying at that unit and using it a couple of times a year and that never happened before.
