Chapter 12: Brownies

You can see the change of mood in Angel's eyes when she picked up the bouquet from her locker. . A bright smile was plastered across her face and I know that she's feeling butterflies in her stomach. My best friend really has his ways to apease his girl.

"So, are you ready to watch their game? Or you need more alone time to ponder and ingest the giddy feeling you're having?" Denise said teasing her, making me laugh out loud. Angel then scowled at us but the smile never left her face as she was closing her locker.

"Let's go! They are going to throw a tantrum if we don't come and see them before their game starts." I said to the two of them. They agreed and we immediately head out to the Sports building. 

When we got there, there were already a lot of people piling in for the game. We fought our way to the locker room and it was really a battle. We managed to get to the door of the locker room and I quickly knocked on the door.
