Chapter 63

"Elvira!" Leona pushed the garden door and darted towards her sister like a lunatic high on weed. Elvira smiled. She was also excited to see her little sister, but it wasn't anything compared to that.

Leona jumped at Elvira with her arms around her. The wild enthusiasm resulted in a drastic fall, and the two sisters rolled on the grass.

Elvira pushed her sister off her and spat out the grass blades stuck in her mouth. "I know we are both happy to see each other, but at least stop pouncing on me like a wild bear."

"Sorry, my bad." Leona jumped back on her feet and helped Elvira stand on hers. "Happy is an understatement for what I am feeling right now. I feel blissful and ecstatic to see you again."

"Me too." Elvira brushed the grass off of her dress. Her plain white rags looked even more horrendous, covered in grass stains.

Elvira's gaze fell upon Leona's intense face. Her sister was petrified. "What? Is there something wrong?"
