Top Assassins Call Me The Lady Boss

Ahmet's laughter was like a slap in the face. "You think you're in a position to negotiate with me?" he sneered. "I don't think so, Asli. You'll do what I say, or suffer the consequences. Do you want more time to outsmart me? No.” She could play his game. She certainly could. A mischievous grin formed on her lips. "What would you gain from sleeping with me?" she asked, trying to keep her tone neutral. "You're not exactly known for your romantic conquests. And we're rivals, not to mention the fact that our families would kill us if they found out." She paused, her eyes narrowing. "So, what's the real motive here? What could you possibly gain from this?" There was a pause on the other end of the line, and for a moment, Asli wondered if she had caught him off guard. But then, Ahmet's smooth voice came back, dripping with confidence. "I’m glad to know you are well informed about my romantic conquests. Let's just say, Asli, that I have my reasons. And as for what I'd gain… well, that's for me to know and you to find out." His tone sent a shiver down her spine, and Asli knew she had to tread carefully. She wasn’t going to win this against him. “Show me what proof you have and I will give in to your demands.” With that, she hung up the call, feeling a small sense of satisfaction at being the one to end the conversation this time. ******* Asli is the only woman in the male-dominated Mafia world. Chapter Fourteen

"Tell me to stop," he whispered, his voice husky.

"Stop."

Ahmet's eyes snapped open, his chest heaving. The darkness of his room enveloped him.

Why did he say that?

He had been dreaming about his encounter with Asli. He then checked the time. This was the longest he had ever fallen asleep.

Ahmet tossed off the covers and swung his legs over the side of the bed, planting his feet firmly on the ground. He rubbed his face, trying to shake off the need to touch her.

Ahmet had imagined kissing her. How good those cute lips of hers would taste.

Was this not a blackmail? Why did he want to taste her? Was it to satisfy his ego?

Definitely. He was a man after all and Asli was a beautiful woman, he wouldn't deny it.

"Damn it!" it was damn too early.

He liked the look on her face – shock, anger, and beneath it all, a spark of desire.

Liked.

As he shifted on his bed, he felt a familiar pressure. His hand instinctively dropped to his lap, and he winced. His erection strained against his zipper, threatening to burst free.

He carefully adjusted himself, hoping he would relieve himself from the pressure. The friction made him grit his teeth. His body was still hummed with desire, and he knew he wouldn't be falling back asleep anytime soon.

He adjusted himself again but the adjustment brought him no relief. Frustration simmered within him. He wasn't about to jerk himself off like some desperate teenager.

He grabbed his phone and scrolled through his contacts, stopping at 'Daisy'. Her real name. Oh, the huge contrast between the name and its holder. Daisy was a ruthless assassin.

She was supposed to be home. He knew her schedule. A few rings and her sultry voice answered. "Hey, baby. What can I do for you tonight?"

"Come over," He growled, hanging up immediately when those words got out.

Daisy was the only woman who could call him baby and go freely. She was his cousin's best friend: Markus' sister's best friend. Estrella was a princess. Their princess.

Daisy arrived quickly, her perfume filling the room. She slid onto the bed, her curves spilling onto the sheets. But as her hands touched his skin, his gut twisted and her moans grated on his nerves.

They literally hadn't started yet. Why was she moaning?

"Get out," he snapped, pushing her away.

Her eyes narrowed, but she left without a word. She didn't ask a question and neither did she look hurt. She just gathered her gun and knife and left.

The discomfort in his pants was becoming worse and he cursed underneath his breath.

He called another, then another, but each encounter only worsened his frustration. He couldn't shake the feeling of discomfort.

Why were none of the ladies doing it right? What was happening today?

The fourth woman, Uriah, departed with a huff, leaving him alone and while he burned with desire.

For the first time, he felt tired of the endless parade of faces and bodies. His mind betrayed him, conjuring Asli's figure in lingerie.

His fists clenched, and with a snarl, he punched the wall. Pain shot through his hand, but he welcomed it.

"Why?" he muttered, staring at the damaged drywall. "Why can't I get her out of my head?"

As if whoever that was calling knew he needed an interruption.

Markus' name flashed on the screen. He picked it up immediately.

"We have some trouble. Your woman crashed and hijacked one of our trailers." his attention snapped to the phone.

"Which one?" He needed to know so he could tell what punishment he'd be giving her.

"Trailer 16." His cousin answered.

He wasn't sure if she knew what was in the trailer or not before crashing and hijacking it. He only knew one thing for sure, she was trying to pay him back for asking her to dance for him.

"She didn't even do it right," it escaped his lips before he could stop himself.

"What?"

"Nothing. She'll bring it back." He said before hanging up. As if on cue, his phone buzzed immediately Markus' call ended. He nearly ignored it but the name caught his attention.

A small, involuntary smile crept onto his lips, gentle and effortless. It was as if his face had betrayed him, reacting before his mind could censor. He didn't notice. It would kill him if he did.

He opened the message and his smile only grew bigger. Asli had sent him a picture. As the image fully loaded, Ahmet's eyes twinkled, and his smiles widened. He zoomed the picture out.

Asli's mischievous grin and raised eyebrows sparkled with defiance. She had thrown her arms around the trailer's rusty side, claiming ownership.

He read her next message. 'Drop whatever thing you are blackmailing me with, if you want your trailer back.' A chuckle escaped, low and husky.

"Keep it" he replied back and when he could put his phone away, another buzz came. A new picture was sent by her and he quickly tapped on it.

His smile immediately wiped off. She crossed the line. He mumbled under his breath.
