Chapter Thirteen

“Do you like her?” I asked him. I don’t know why but it feels like I can smash my phone in the ground.

“Do I like her?” He asked

“Yeah. Do you like her?” If he likes her I would definitely backed off and let them be together.

“Why would I talk to you if I like someone else?” He asked me and that leave me speechless

I don’t know why I’m thinking this way. It’s kind of embarrassing to actually think of something like these without knowing the person and I think it’s because of my past. When they are showing they like me and tell me they like me and then all of a sudden they will ask me about other girls. It hurts. It affected me until now.

“I- I don’t know.”

“I would not let you feel what they made you feel. I don’t know what it is yet but I am willing to wait for you to open up. Don’t worry.” Why does it feel like it’s too good to be true?

“Thank you.” That’s all I said and silence surround us. No one’s talking but the atmosphere isn’t awkward but it’s comforting.
