Ever since Ramses learnt about the arrival of Alba to earth, he has been restless and anxious for different reasons. One, was that he went against Alba's laws by aiding and abetting Jade Dion in the creation of the XY virus, which has led to the loss of so many lives. Yet, even at that, he has no regret of it because he believes it was for a cause. And even though after years of several experiment the virus was proven to be inefficient in so many ways. It was labeled for a different purpose than what it was intended for. Two, was that he escaped from ascending back to Avel Galaxy. For those two reasons he has been quiet and hasn't made a move that will draw attention to him.
