The "door" would be the door leading to the 'White Room'— aka the prison for high-ranking Hunters caught by the Golden Tiger Division.

Alicia flinched, and then she turned to President Lim Hojin.
When the president nodded, only then did Alicia open the door.
Wooju entered the room while trying to control his anger.
