[On the Rift Day…]
A KRAKEN.
It was a Sea Monster of enormous size akin to a squid or octopus.
A monster that is almost always a villain in video games.
But, all of a sudden, it appeared in real life.
And it was the first monster that Gyuri had seen in her life.
On the day the Rift Day happened, Gyuri was at Nami Island's famous beach with her grandmother. They went there after their trip to the fish market to see if they could buy fresh seaweed from the divers.
They were just about to leave when it happened.
BANG! BANG! BANG!
That was the sound of something horrifying slamming itself against the sky. It created a sky quake, and the sky quake caused a light earthquake. Of course, the beach was also affected— big waves getting bigger and bigger as if it was about to become a tsunami.
Gyuri and the others should have run away then.
