Unprecedented discovery – a different timeline.

After moments of warping into a different state, Jaden, in a state of shock, finds himself in another timeline. The year is 1941 and it is a peaceful morning in Honolulu, a territory of Hawaii.

Jaden finds himself intrigued by how he traveled from one timeline to another. Being involved in something that is regarded as "merely impossible" in the modern world is both terrifying and fascinating at the same time. A concept that has been theorized but has never been practically done is something that can frighten a soul – Time Travel.

Still being in a state of shock, Jaden finds himself on a harbor docked with a collection of U.S. watercraft filled with soldiers and air vessels.

Finally understanding the whole situation, Jaden tells himself "Dude, I actually time-traveled back to the past!". He proceeded to ask a random soldier who was just right in front of him about the whereabouts of this place.

"Excuse me but could you tell me where am I right now?", said Jaden in a stressed tone.

"What do you think you are doing here kid? You are not allowed here!", the soldier replied.

"I am really sorry, it is just that I kindaaa~ time-traveled from the future...", Jaden straightforwardly said.

"You can keep the nonsense to yourself but welcome to Hawaii buddy, everything you see around you right now is a place called Pearl Harbor, a naval base and headquarters of the U.S. Pacific Fleet here in Hawaii's southern island – Oahu", proudly said by the soldier.

Amazed by the timeline, Jaden was terrified at the same time.

"You gotta get out of this place with your fellow men and friends, the Japanese are going to attack anytime soon!", Jaden, aware of what's going to happen soon – warns the soldier.

"Relax kid, do not worry! We are the strongest country right now in terms of military and power, nothing will be able to stop-", said the soldier proudly but something interrupts the conversation.

*continuous explosion sounds*

"What was that?", the terrified soldier proceeded to rush towards the noise.

Imagine looking at a terrifying scene in which blood is splattered everywhere, aircraft and vessels are destroyed, and everything with which you have shared memories is gone in an instant. That is what the soldier just saw, and while Jaden was aware of it, he was just as terrified as the soldier.

This is Jaden's first time seeing something like this. Even though he knew what was going to happen, he found it difficult to accept it.

As the moment continues, a squadron of Japanese aircraft called "Nakajima B5N2", as known as the Kates, continued savaging the U.S. battleship rows with aerial torpedoes and completely annihilating the U.S. headquarter.

After making some progress, the Japanese Kates began to return to where they came from, and while they were on their way back, one of the Kates spotted Jaden and the soldier. He began informing his fellow Kates about these two individuals, and they immediately opened fire on them.

Jaden and the soldier luckily did not take any hits and took cover inside a bunker that was nearby to them.

Thinking about his wife and children, the terrified soldier began to cry and wished he had never been a soldier in the first place.

Jaden comforted him and asked him what his name was and if this is his first day as an official soldier.

"Will, Mark Will. And yes, it is my first time indeed", the soldier replied.

"My name is Jaden, but anyways listen. Both of us are going to get out of here, okay? You are a soldier so clean up those tears and be brave!", Jaden said.

"But Jaden, how are we going to get out of here? We are trapped in this bunker and we do not have much time left till the Japanese come here and kill us both", Mark replied.

"Just hold my hand and watch dude", Jaden proceeded to take out the time-traveling device and he entered the following numbers – '2', '0', '2', '2'.

As soon as he entered the numbers that corresponded to the year for his own present timeline, he pressed 'OK' and everything began to happen exactly as it had the previous time.

Mark, confused and shocked at the same time, was devastated by his surroundings, he had never seen anything like this in his entire life. It looked very supernatural to him, even to Jaden, it appears to be something out of this world.

What will Jaden and Mark's next destination be?
