This Hero and Tael!

The cream colored room was filled with dust, as if nobody had been inside of it for a long time. Before me, in an undershirt, shorts, and his tell-tale hat was Tael the half-elf. He seems to have been tending to someone behind him before he turned to look at us.

"Kenji…" He muttered before he stood straight up. "G-Get out!"

"Relax." I stepped forward. "We need to talk."

Tael violently shook his head. "If it's about adventuring then I won't do it!"

"Tael-san…" Erana stepped forward.

"I mean it!" Tael seemed to bolster his resolve at this.

I only just realized he seems to be trying to block us from seeing whatever is behind him.

"What are you trying to prevent us from seeing?" I started to step to my right. At this, Tael's eyes bulged as he formed his hands into fists.

"Kenji, I'm warning you! Get out! This is none of your business!" Tael stepped towards me and tried to grab my shirt, but I grabbed his hand and shoved him to the ground.
