Sat here, watching Iris from across the sofa, I watched the water drip down from strands of her hair and fall on the towel that she had wrapped around her. Julien had left and now it was just me and her, us and the inevitable talk that we had to have and I wasn’t sure how to go about it because the more I thought about it the more it pissed me off.

I came out and said it straight, there was no reason to beat around the bush, in fact, the reason why I knew was because I was the one that set it all up but I could see she didn’t expect that as her eyes shot open while her heart skipped multiple beats.
