"I'm just so loveable," I teased before flipping my hair dramatically. "Speaking of family, how did your dinner go the other night? I remember you fretting about it for a while but you never called me to tell me how it went!" I yelled before leaning over the table and flicking Evan's arm. She slapped my hand away before rubbing the reddened skin.
"It was...it was dinner alright." I huffed before rubbing the bridge of my nose in annoyance.
"Hmm, sounds complicated," I commented.
"You have no idea," She grumbled back.
"Well, since we're already on the topic of family," I started, not knowing any other way to subtly bring up the truth to the both of them. We'd decided to keep the baby a secret from most people, but now that I was just a little past four months along we were ready to start telling everyone - even though I already told Evan.
"...yeah?" Evan asked, looking suspicious again.
