Kageyama POV

How he got his wings.

I was in school when I felt a tinging pain pulling at my shoulder blades I winced out and then asked my teacher if I could go to the bathroom. "Yes be back in a 10 minutes" I smiled and said ok bounding off the bathroom and running into a stall only to shut the door and pull my phone out I started calling my mom.

On the phone

"Tobio is something wrong sweety? "

"No mom I'm ok. I just got a really bad wave of pain run through my shoulders and shoulder blades. I think my wings are coming in."

"Oh tobio I'm coming to get you right now where are yo-"

"Mom I'm ok! I can do this don't worry about me. I'm strong olenough to do this myself."

"Are you sure tobio? I can come get you right now it's not a probl-"

"MOM. It's ok I can do this. Remember I'm strong enough to do this by myself. I love you mom!"

"Ok sweety if you say so. If it gets to painful shoot me a text and I'll come get you. I love you too have a good rest if your day at school. I'll see you when you get home. Bye tobio!"

"Bye mom see you when I get home"

Phone call ended

I sighed as I got off the phone then I heard the door open. "Kageyama it's been 15 minutes are you ok in here" Asked my teacher as I stood up and exited the stall. " Yes sir I'm okay. My wings are just starting to come in that's why I asked to come here" The teacher nodded in understanding while telling me to take all the time I needed. " No I'm ok now sir I can go back to class" I replied while thinking "mama didn't raise no bitch." And I walked out of the bathroom behind the teacher. We got back in the classroom and I reachined up to rub my shoulder blades accidentally rubbing in between my shoulder blades and my wings just sprouted out of my back. They were bigger than anyone else's wings and they were a pitch black with a slight underlying tone of a navy blue just like a crows wings or maybe even a Raven.

The class busted out in excited chatter. "Congratulations kageyama on your wings" I said thanks to all the compliments and went to sit down in my desk. After school and volleyball practice ended I went home and walked through the door. My mom and dad ran up to me and gasped in awe as they looked at my wings. "Wow tobio I'm so proud of you. Your wings are almost as big as your fathers." My mother said I accepted all their compliments and just simply went to my room.
