"Again?!" He shouted shattering the glass drink ware on the short table, "Again you bleed? am I not to have an heir!" Edmund shouted.

Ana Sofia gripped the bed sheets as she cast her eyes down, she bleed through the night as her sheets were stained red, "It's bad enough I have to fuck you every night! how have you been here a whole year and have yet...." Edmund groaned in frustration as he glared at her.

Ana Sofia meekly kept her gaze down, she had been awoken by his drunken rage she glanced at the maids snickering in the corner. She clenched her jaw they must have told him. The maids continued to giggle, their eyes darting between Ana Sofia and Edmund. Ana Sofia remained silent, her heart pounding in her chest. She steeled herself for whatever came next, knowing all too well the consequences of displeasing her husband.
