Page LXIV - Human but no Humanity

Theodore woke up and his eyes were suddenly blinded by the bright light that was focused on him. The sound of buzzer was heard and several footsteps were heard just meters away.

It slowly got closer, but it was just a doctor and nurses. Theodore's condition was being checked to see if there are any irregularities or something severe. But there seems to be nothing wrong.

The doctor and nurses left the room leaving Theodore alone with the old man sitting in the corner of the room.

The old man in the room, "Hey you, you're finally awake."

"I just woke up like ten minutes ago." Theodore replied.

"...Its nothing. Its just something my grandson wanted me to say to you when you woke up."

"Grandson..?" Theodore was about to ask who it was, but more important matters was the first thing he asked. "Why am I here?"

"Don't you remember? I heard you released... a lot." The man smiled eerily under the darkness.
