Chapter 1: That day

All I could hear were people screaming. I was in my room, locked up. I wasn't moving at all. I stared at the floor until the whole house went silent. Everything was fine until that day... I wasn't really close with my family, but I soon realized that I missed them so much. I saw on the news that some sort of disease was out but I didn't pay much attention to it.

I thought maybe some people were going to make another meme about it.

I came home after school and I went straight into my room.

"Hey! Come eat first!" My mom said

"I'm not hungry" I said as I closed my door

I wished I would've ate her food, I wished I had cherished them more.

"AGHHHH!!!"

The sound of those screams woke me up. I tried to open the door to see what was happening but my door knob was jammed and it was hopeless to try and open it.

"DONT COME OUT CHAE-AHHHHH!!"

It was the first time she had called my name. I stayed in the room and soon I heard shuffling. I was scared... scared beyond scared.

"what happened?"

I propped up my drawers and chair to cover the door. Just in case.

I then smelt a very musty, dead smell.

"What the hell... that stinks"

"Krrgghhh"

"????"

Something banged on the door. I could hear it sniffing the air. I was glad I propped up the door but I knew it wasn't going to hold much longer.

"Maybe it can smell me..."

I grabbed some cologne and sprayed it underneath the door. I saw a black, rotting feet. I quickly ignored it and started Spraying a whole bunch. I then used a towel and covered the crack.

Something didn't feel right. The toes were painted. My mom used to paint her toes...

I quickly went online and searched up the news. The internet was somehow still working but I'm pretty sure with whatever's going on it will go out soon.

[ZOMBIE OUTBREAK]

"To whoever is reading this, whatever you do, if you decided to go outside, ARM YOURSELVES. GUNS, KNIVES, ANYTHING! Those monsters will hunt you down and eat you up! They're like cannibalism's!! They were somehow affected by the disease and if you get bitten, you'll turn into one. They are attracted to sounds and smell. In 10 days there will be a jet that will fly in the sky early in the morning, it will drop down tons of flyers and those flyers will tell you where the safe area is. Be safe! And Survive!"

"Is this some sort of game? What the fuck..."
