The Principal's Guesses
"Let's have an honest conversation. Shall we, Ms. Cassidy?" The principal talked as he sipped his tea in an elegant and calm manner. However, despite that, Kalliope could feel the rise of tension in this conversation the moment he stressed the name of the person she was disguising as.
For a brief moment, it might feel like a coincidence and nothing too serious. But, Kalliope knew that the old man in front of her was hinting at something through his tone. There was even a hint of playfulness behind his words, however not in a positive way and more of a deprecating way. Though she wasn't sure whether he was mocking her ability to disguise which he could easily figure out or just the fact that she was still stubborn enough to hide it even after he had indirectly pointed it out.
