A sense of giddiness spread through Kalliope's head, leaving her mind in a rather empty state with a slightly tingling feeling running up her nape. And even though she was awake, her thought process had yet to follow, seemingly still in slumber as she stared blankly at the ceiling.
Meanwhile, her limbs laid feebly in place while unbeknownst to the girl herself, the mana inside of her had been running on high. The accumulated force had reached its climax, resulting in her finally gaining some consciousness. However, unlike the previous Alice, there were certain changes in the young lady's body both internal and external.
The current Alice had a much stronger constitution and could be considered one level superior than a normal person while internally, her body no longer rejected the existence of magic. In fact, she grew more powerful within this magic-friendly environment.
