162. Happy Now (VS)
"Happy now?" Jael asked with a raised brow.
Mauve nodded energetically. All her worries were forgotten.
"Don't move so much," he scolded. "Okay," she mumbled and immediately stiffened her body.
He visibly shook his head and then proceeded to gently lift her. He placed her on the bed right next to him. He made sure she was comfortable before he slid down and laid his head on the pillow.
Mauve squinted at the enormous space between them and scooted closer to him. He turned to look at her as she wiggled to him like a fish.
"Didn't I say you shouldn't move around so much?"
She didn't reply, she just placed her head on his chest and sighed.
"Fine, get some sleep." He whispered and kissed the top of her head.
Mauve nodded but she knew she was not going to get any sleep. Not with the way her heart felt as if it would burst any minute.
