A Mysterious Woman
Jayden immediately lowered his car seat when he spotted Anastasia walking out of the gate. She stood there, as if waiting for someone. Moments later, a taxi pulled up, and she got in.
Jayden quickly dialled Daniel's number, but the call didn't connect. Frustrated, he started his engine and followed the taxi, still trying to reach his boss.
"Ah, finally," Jayden muttered under his breath as the call finally connected.
"What is it?" Daniel's voice was sharp, immediately reacting to Jayden's tone.
"Madam is going somewhere, sir," Jayden reported. Earlier, Daniel had instructed him to keep an eye on things until he returned home.
"Now?" Daniel sounded surprised, glancing at the time. It was nearing midnight.
"Yes, I'm following her now. She's in a taxi, heading somewhere," Jayden confirmed, taking a right turn, carefully trailing the taxi.
