She bought everything she needs. Now the only thing going through her mind is where Will she go everyone is looking for her , maybe she should go back to that empty house, but it's daylight and anybody might see her . Where Will she hide now. As she was walking slowly she saw a thrift store by her left, she entered wearing her face mask and veil then started surfing through the clothes. She found her size which is a top and jeans then went to pay for it as she suddenly felt like vomiting. She quickly rushed to the restroom to throw up, everything she ate at the restaurant came out . She washed her face and came out , she felt nausea again and rushed back to throw up again.

The shopkeeper came in behind her and put her hand on her back then asked if she was feeling okay, Anita nodded her head and stood up and picked her nose mask, the woman now put the back of her hand on Anita's neck to feel her temperature, her body temperature was hot, the woman had to draw her hand back, saying oh my goodness you body temperature is so hot you need to see a doctor. Anita thought she was just bluffing until she puts her hand on her neck herself and felt it. She became alarmed about her health, so that means she really needs to see a doctor so she can be healthy for her escape. She went on and paid for it , then changed her outfit in the changing room and wore her face mask and veil in a stylish way so that no one will recognize her. Anita came out of the shop looking for a pharmacy to get some medicine

She thinks she has a fever. Along the street a pharmacy came into view , Anita entered the pharmacy which looks very nice. Welcome ma'am says the female pharmacist , what's wrong with you. I feel a little nauseous earlier I had to throw up twice and my body temperature is a little high. Anita told the doctor everything she is feeling, then the pharmacist asked her a few questions about her personal life which doesn't sit right with her. After all those questions , the pharmacist asked her to come through the back for some further examinations, Anita was instantly scared, her heart beating rapidly. Did the woman found her identity, is she telling her to come in while she calls the police, many thoughts kept going through her mind . Anita told the woman no, let her do everything she wants to do here.

The woman smiled cheekily while coming close to her saying , ma'am I think you are pregnant. Pregnant , the word kept ringing in her ears. As she stood still like a statue . She felt her nervous system shutting down. She was in a complete daze as the pharmacist kept saying ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am ma'am the woman had to shake her arm before Anita came out of her own world. Anita said do you mean I'm pregnant Anita said while stuttering, no ma'am I'm not sure that's why I asked you to come over for further examinations. Anita didn't even know the time she followed the woman inside. The woman asked her to sit down while she did a few examinations on her. She then handed her a pregnancy test stick asking her to use it for her to be sure .

Anita went on to use it, that's when she saw that she was really pregnant. No not this time . Why now , her head started aching nonstop at the thought of her being pregnant. The pharmacist prescribed some medicine for her and then asked her to go to hospital for proper examinations. She paid for everything as she stepped out . Tears started rolling down her cheeks and her head was aching like crazy. Anita kept thinking to herself, What Will I do now, where do I go now, nobody will accept me. She held her belly and wanted to scream but she can't she is in public.
