"I said there is, so there is."
Ah Chuan didn't want to argue with Luo Qi, so he nodded along: "Alright, if you say there is, then there is. It's my fault."
Bowing his head was not difficult for Ah Chuan, as long as Luo Qi was pleased, he was willing to bow a hundred times.
"Now, let me take you guys out for something to eat."
"There's no need, we can go by ourselves." Clearly, Luo Qi had regained her composure.
"Xiao Qi, stop making a fuss." She didn't have a car, and now it was rush hour; taxis were hard to hail, and buses were crowded. Why would she subject herself to that?
The one phrase Luo Qi couldn't stand was this. She gave a cold smile: "Making a fuss? In your eyes, is that all I do?"
"Not at all, I simply wanted to treat you to a meal," Ah Chuan said in a gentler tone, careful not to anger Luo Qi further.
Luo Qi wasn't in the mood to quarrel with him. Arguing day in and day out, she was tired of it.
"I don't want to see you right now. Can you please disappear?"
