Amanda had agreed to let Logan and I explain.
Although, she refused to get into the same car as the two of us as we drove to a more secluded area, I didn’t blame her to be fair. If your friend who had been MIA for a few weeks suddenly showed up with a man you barely knew who was proclaiming to be a werewolf—yeah, I didn’t blame her.
I could see Logan stressing out from the corner of my eye, obviously things hadn’t gone as smoothly as he had hoped and I kind of felt bad for the man. I tried to reassure him, but it didn’t seem like my words had any effect.
“I honestly don’t know how Rhett and Hayden even managed to do it with you—” he had said. “I mean, Mason and I sh*t on them for how badly they were handling the situation with you but I didn’t realize it was this hard.”
