Nobi looked at Red's drawings in surprise. "Your drawing has improved so fast!"

"I have good control over my hands, which lead to quick improvement. But I need more practice." Red said.

After class, Red headed to the parking area, beside his bike, checking messages. He received a message from Yui, apologizing again.

[Red: You shouldn't apologize repeatedly to me, its awkward!]

[Yui: I just feel guilty that its all probably your fault. :(]

[Red: If you apologize one more time, I won't reply :p]

[Yui: Okay, I won't. How do you have a license when you are under eighteen? *bike emoji*]

[Red: Haha, special privileges. ]

Red then saw Rin come out of the school building. She was walking out with Mayumi, looking shy.

Red drove the bike towards her. "Hop on!"

Mayumi looked at Red and then at Rin. "Where are you taking her?"

"To the movies." Red said.

Rin quietly sat on the bike and held onto Red's waist. Mayumi's lip curled. "Mr. Transfer Student, aren't you a rather open playboy?"

"Is there something wrong with that?" Red asked with a curled lip. "I'm taking my beautiful desk mate to the movies."

Red turned to Rin. "Hug me tight!" Rin turned a shade redder and nodded. Then Red drove off. In the distance, a boy with thick rimmed glasses looked at Rin hugging Red on the bike and his eyes fluttered with tears.

As Rin grabbed onto Red, she felt her heart flutter from the feeling of the bike racing. As the two drove away, Yui was picked up by her own family car. It was a luxurious Rolls Royce Ghost.

As Yui entered the car, she found another person already inside. It was a suave man in a business suit. His eyes were hidden behind the dark shades and his entire body exuded an aura of seriousness and strictness.

Yui quietly sat down and lowered her head. "Father..."

"Yui... I have heard about the incidents at school."

"Father Goutou..." Yui began speaking.

The man raised a hand, motioning her to stop. "I have already looking into the matter. I didn't imagine that the person I had chosen for you was so unsuitable. I will dissolve the marriage alliance between you and that boy." He said calmly.

Yui was silent, her head lowered and she was biting her lip. Ever since her father had planned a marriage alliance between their families, Yui had always thought she was fated to be with Goutou. Even though she didn't like him in the beginning, he had made her heart melt and eventually she fell in love.

But the last couple of days had disillusioned her. At this moment she didn't have the heart to object to her father deciding to cancel the marriage pact. Instead she felt relieved. Yes, relieved!

The man was quietly observing her. "You have no objections?"

"I... think it is the right decision. I don't wish to marry in the near future and pursue my studies." Yui said in a small voice with a hint of fear.

The man nodded. "Father was wrong to force this on you."

The car quietly zoomed off as other students pointed at the car. They had never seen such an expensive car before.

At the movie theater, Red and Rin calmly watched the film. Initially Rin was feeling very anxious, but when she saw how casual Red was, her heart calmed down.

After the movie ended, Red and Rin walked out. "Did you enjoy the film? You weren't bored were you? Red asked.

"It was fun. I had a good time." Rin replied. She thought for a moment and then asked Red. "Red, Mayumi told me that you live alone. Do you want to come to my place for dinner?"

"Will your parents be okay with that? They would have to cook extra." Red asked.

"It's not dinner time yet. I'll call my mom and inform her." Rin said.

Red nodded. "Alright, as you say ma'am."

Rin giggled and called her mom. "Mom, I invited my new desk mate for dinner. Is that okay?"

After a few minutes she cut the call. "Alright, my mom told me to invite you home." She said while patting her chest.

"Why so nervous?" Red asked in laughter.

"You know how parents are, they might misunderstand things." Rin said demurely.

Red smiled. "Well, it's still some time till dinner. Do you want to head to a bookstore? Check out some new works?"

"Awesome!" Rin replied excitedly.

In the bookstore, Red picked up a novel, looking through it. Rin walked up to him, her hand holding onto a couple of books.

"Kazuo Ishiguro? Have you read his works?" Rin asked in surprise.

"I haven't actually, but I heard a lot about his works. So I thinking of picking up this book." Red replied with a smile. "You seem to have an eclectic mixture of books. Is that a light novel?"

Rin was embarrassed. "It is a shoujo light novel I've been addicted to."

"Cool, I've been meaning to check out Light Novels as well. What do you suggest is a good one for a novice?" Red asked.

"Well, let me suggest one...." Rin continued.

Later at night, Rin and Red were having dinner with Rin's parents.

"Red, how come you speak such fluent japanese? I still find it shocking!" Red's father asked in amazement.

Red laughed. "I'm good with languages. I can speak quite a few of them with some fluency. Besides, I have often visited japan and have a fondness for the culture. That helps in learning the language."

Rin's mom was more worried though. "I saw you two returning on a bike. Are you driving without a license?"

Red laughed. He took out his driving license and showed it to Rin's parents.

"Special License? I never knew such things existed. How did you get it?" Rin's father asked with curiosity. He was a bureaucrat and even he wasn't aware about such a special license that an underage student was allowed.

"I once interned as a test rider for experimental bikes for an organization. In the process I managed to nab a special license. I'm pretty confident in my biking skills!" Red said with a smile.

"Experimental bike?" Rin asked in surprise. "What kind of experiment?"

"Hehe, that's classified!" Red smirked.

After dinner, Red bid the family goodbye and returned home. Rin's parents looked at Rin who was gazing at his disappearing silhouette and sighed.

"He is shining too brightly." Rin's mother said as she patted Rin's back. "You need to be more proactive!"

"Ha? Huh? It's nothing like that!" Rin said as she turned pink and ran into her room.

Rin's father laughed. "This lad has so many interesting experiences. If only he was japanese...." He sighed.

Rin's mother rapped his head. "What age are you living in? Its the era of globalization! The countries of the world are planning to form the Earth Federation and you are still remaining in your old prejudices!"

"Ha, even my wife has been charmed!" He sighed.
