The moon had already risen illuminating the night sky.

A cold gust of wind travelled across the busy night street as everyone began to wrap up their belongings either to return home or have fun and enjoy the pleasant night.

In a certain city district in the western part of the city located on the main road is a relatively famous pub namely the Hostess Of Fertility is booming with customers coming in and out.

There were even instances of rough-looking male costumes flying out of the establishment manhandled by some frail-looking girls in maid uniform.

Seji has a big smile on his face ignoring the unconscious group of beaten up drunkards lying on the street beside him.

"Hello, good evening, nya! Welcome to the hostess of fertility, what can I do for you, nya?"

His attention was drawn by the cheerful voice.

She wore a green above the knee dress with long puffed sleeves and a white collar, a headband, a small orange bow under the collar, black leggings, and short brown ankle boots.

She couldn't believe Seji's words.

She looked at the joker from top to bottom.

Now that she has a clearer picture of the joker she couldn't help but let out gasp.

She was astonished by how good-looking Seji is.

His appearance alone surpassed most of the gods.

Sadly, he doesn't fit her criteria for an ideal partner.

"Hey, don't joke around, nya. Ryuu inviting someone and a man at that, that's impossible, nya."

Chloe looked back to find who hit her.

"I did invite him and what's wrong with that?"

Said Chloe was in disbelief.

Ryuu raised her eyebrows, and couldn't understand why Chloe would react in such a way.

Ryuu decided to ignore Chloe's strange behavior and shift her focus on Seji who just observed their short exchange in amusement.

"Good evening Lion-san I came like I promised."

Did I even make a promise?

"Just call me Ryuu, being addressed in my last name is a bit awkward."

She was happy that Seji did not ditch her invitation.

She was a bit forceful when inviting him earlier, and she thought that Seji would avoid her.

Chloe on the side who has been forgotten was in awe unable to believe her own eyes and ears.

The stoic and stubborn elf invited someone and even told that someone to address her casually.

Chloe rushed inside the pub to deliver the news.

Ryuu led Seji near the counter where a towering woman who gave off a threatening aura is grinning from ear to ear as she scrutinized him from top to bottom.

I took it and damn she's strong.

But to her surprise her grip stops forcibly as if an impenetrable invisible force is preventing her from crushing his hand.

Seji gave Mia a grin which she took as a challenge.

She sensed Ryuu's hawk like gaze directed to her, so Mia let go of Seji begrudgingly though before that, he gave Seji a thumbs up.

Unbeknownst to Mia [Infinity] cost a lot of energy, if she pushed it a little longer Seji might have collapsed.

Although his action looks foolish Seji didn't want to be underestimated by Mia.

He had Ryuu in his eyes and to have her he needed mama Mia's approval.

Acting weak and scrawny wouldn't do it.

"You are quite something else kid, are you an adventurer?"

Mia questioned.

"I just registered today ma'am."

"You're joking right?"

Mia was doubtful; who won't be?

Seji just displayed a power that can rival or ever surpassed that of a level 6, although it's not an offensive power it's still not something you can easily acquire.

Seji added while he scurries the menu handed to him by Ryuu.

Mia stopped midway in her speech seeing the expensive looking attire Seji is wearing.

Mia grinned seeing the confidence and pride on Seji's face.

Seji also grinned back at her seeing the unmasked greed on her face.

The two were like vipers trying to outmatch the other.

"I never saw mama Mia this fire up, nya.

Anya screamed out loud in shocked, her voice echoing throughout the entire pub.

Lunoire realizing her mistake looks to the other side as she slowly vacates the vicinity.

The cat girl sensing the killing intent took a step back.

Anya ran off to the kitchen to avoid Ryuu's wrath.

She also wears a slightly long half apron around her waist.

She was wearing a pair of brown boots over black stockings.

Asked Syr Flova as she exits the kitchen carrying a large tray of food.

"Ryuu has a girlfriend, nya. And she's trying to kill me for exposing it, nya."

Anya cried out to Syr.

"Anya be careful I'm carrying food."

"Ah, sorry, nya. Let me help you, nya."

Syr looked around trying to find Ryuu and seeing her beside mama Mia attempting to hide the embarrassment on her face, she couldn't help but let out a chuckle.

'Is what Anya is saying true?'

Syr couldn't help but be curious.

She approached mama Mia and Ryuu after she was done delivering the food.

"Where is Ryuu's boyfriend?"

Asked Syr with a sly smile.

Mia grinned pointing at the busy Seji who's enjoying the delicacies served before him ignoring the commotion he had caused.
