He is performing the ritual which will grant me Falna or in easier to understand words Grace of a god.

You can also call it Blessing for idiots.

Earlier after I proposed the idea of me joining their Familia the two were like couldn't believe my words.

Lastly to seal the deal I came up with some bullshit like; a king wouldn't go back to his words.

They two could do nothing but accept me seeing how stubborn I was.

The skill usually reflects on the person's identity so Seji having such skills that basically announced his status as a king and the strongest swordsman is shocking to Naza.
