Outside Fortuna

Suddenly his phone vibrates in his pocket and John pulls it out seeing Patty's name on the display when he says, "This seems troubling."

"You mean your father or the phone call," whispers Nesiara to John.

"Both," says John as he answers the call.

"Patty, what is happening to call me at this moment?" asks John when he suddenly hears metal clashing against each other.

"Sorry to disturb you, John. I know that you must be mourning at the moment but we need your help in Fortuna," says Patty when noises of metal clashes against each other are heard again.

"Where in Fortuna are you at the moment?" asks John seriously which caught everyone's attention again.

"I am in an abandoned village right outside Fortuna it has this big Iro-," says Patty when John interrupts her.

"Don't go near that giant Hell Gate, Patty. I will be there in a second with some backup," says John as he ended the phone call and looked at Nesiara who nods before he turns to his father.

"We need to leave Dad. Some of our friends need some help," says John as Adam nods.

"It seems I will have this conversation the next time we meet, I-Pin," says Adam as he wanted to find out more about Lambo.

John looked at Ryohei and Hibari when he notices that Hibari was already holding his Tonfas while Ryohei had his Knuckles on when both say at the same time, "We are ready."

"Now I forgot that I have the two most battle-crazy people in all the worlds I was on," says John holding his head when he looks at Nesiara when I-Pin rushed towards Nora.

She pressed her daughter into her arms and says, "Keep an eye on your cousin while I help your mother. Also, don't give her anything that contains sugar, or she will go rampage and summon lightning."

"Now listen to your cousin until I return or you won't get those lemon drops that you love," says I-Pin to her daughter before running over towards Nesiara as they disappear from where they were standing.

They appear in a rundown village and find Patty in her Excalibur Warframe holding a katana as she was blocking off some Demons which had either an arm or leg replaced with a giant one-sided blade.

"Those are really ugly," says Ryohei seeing the Scarecrows as his knuckles began to radiate in Sun Flames.

"That's because they aren't humans," says Hibari as his tonfas began to radiate in Cloud Flames.

"They are Demons, my second favorite enemy, since they are easy to deal with," says John as he summoned Sinner and Saint in his hand while his body began to radiate Lightning from his body.

"So you were fighting such abomination the whole time in this world?" asks I-Pin to Nesiara as her fists and legs were engulfed in Storm Flames.

"Pretty much just that sometimes a really big one is between all those small-fries," says Nesiara holding Faith in her hands.

John takes earplugs out and everyone took one before putting them into their ears when John test if they function correctly when Ryohei says, "I am going first."

He rushes at his enemy while Hibari sighs, "He will never change."

Hibari takes out his Vongola Box and brings out Roll who jumps onto Hibari's shoulder while Hibird takes flied and begins to sing the old Namimori School Hymn before Hibari leaves.

I-Pin rushed into the fray without thinking mimicking her older sister as John was only holding his head when suddenly he felt something hit his neck and he turns around finding a scarecrow trying to decapitate him.

"Sometimes I think you Demons will never learn," says John as he swings Saint at the Scarecrow killing it before more of them appear around him.

Ryohei appears beside Patty as he smashes his fist into a Demon killing it in the process with his Sun Flames. Patty was surprised to see Ryohei when she sees Nesiara and I-Pin in the distance fighting against Demons.

"You never fought a real battle before, am I right?" asks Ryohei as he could see that Patty had gone through training but she didn't have the experience of a real fight seeing her block with her sword instead of attacking.

"It is my first time on a battlefield," says Patty when suddenly a porcupine flew over their head towards some Demons.

"You need to relax and forget about everything you have in your mind and rely on your instincts. Overthinking everything will get you killed," says Ryohei as a Demon went for them only to get Ryohei's fist blasted through its face.

"I remember my first fight. It was in an amateur ring against another boxer. I was tense at first but the tension disappears when you take one deep breath and forget about everything around you and just focus on who is standing in front of you," says Ryohei as he was giving Patty some advice when another Demon comes their way.

He grabs it by its head and lifts it off the ground before smashing it headfirst into it while shouting, "Maximum Effort!"

Hibari was killing the Demons left and right when Ryohei turns to Patty and says, "I need to go can't let Hibari win over me."

"Hibari?" asks Patty since she never met them before.

"The serious guy with the yellow bird and silver porcupine. He can't win over me or he will hold it against me for the rest of our lives," says Ryohei as he points at Hibari who was standing on a roof.

Suddenly a young man with white hair and blue eyes wearing blue pants and a red zip-up hoodie with a blue coat with red linings over the hoodie. He carried a revolver and a sword as he enters the abandoned village.

He sees that fighting was going on in the village which wasn't possible when he notices a person holding a lance and he asks, "Aunt Nesiara?"

"If it isn't Nero, shouldn't you be helping your father," says Nesiara not knowing that Vergil left with Ava before everything escalated.

"He left with my mother two weeks ago, but where is my uncle?" asks Nero as Nesiara was confused.

"I don't know I just arrived to help Patty as she was being overrun by Demons," says Nesiara as Nero pulled his gun out.

"Well, I need to continue on my way towards the headquarter of the Order of the Sword and find Kyrie before shutting it down completely," says Nero as he wasn't a member of the Order of the Sword like he normally should.

He received the Red Queen and Blue Rose from John and Nesiara when he turned sixteen two years ago as well as some items to empower his Devil Bringer on his seventeenth birthday last year.

"Now calm down you won't help anyone if you run blindly into your death. You haven't even learned to activate your Devil Trigger since we wanted to wait until you were ready for it," says Nesiara lecturing Nero since he was walking into his death.

"I fought my way here. I can get there alone," says Nero as Nesiara sighs while she leads her free hand towards her ear in which the earplug was in and pushes it.

"This turned into an escort mission for us," says Nesiara seriously as the special effects all over the area stopped surprising Nero.

"Crap, this sounds like when Tsuna infiltrated the Millefiore," says Ryohei over the earplug.

"Who are we escorting?" asks I-Pin as Nesiara sighs.

"We are going to escort the son of a friend of ours," says Nesiara as the Demon Gate began to shine with red linings all over it.

"How about you take everyone and I deal with the Demons in this area. There will be having quite some fun dealing with all those big fishes on the way," says John as Hibari and Ryohei got interested by what John said.

"How big?" asks Hibari as a flaming Demon Centaur comes out of the Demon Gate.

"As big as the fellow that just appeared," says John as smiles appear on their face.

"Where does he need to go," says both at the same time since it could be a worthy challenge for them.

"Take Patty with you as well. She needs some experience if she really wants to take over Devil May Cry in the future," says John as Nesiara sighs.

"So escort and teaching anything more?" asks Nesiara sarcastic about it.

"How about another child?" asks John joking about it.

"In your dreams, six are more than enough," shouts Nesiara into their ears.

"Can you talk about having children in your free time," says Hibari as John laughs.

"What are you jealous that I got six while you only have three," says John joking about it.

"Can we change the topic? I think that I-Pin is getting flustered because she already has three and she is only in her thirties," says Nesiara as Nero looked at her confused since he didn't know what was going on.

"You should leave he is about to burn this village down," says John as they all turned to the Demon Centaur who began to gather flames around him.

"We should leave right away and leave John deal with this fellow," says Nesiara as she grabs Nero and flies towards the other exit of the village.

There they meet Hibari, I-Pin, and Ryohei who was dragging Patty with him as they leave right away while John looked at the Centaur and smiles.

The Centaur releases the flames which destroyed the whole village when the Centaur looked around finding only ash all over the ground. It felt satisfied with its work until it was attacked from above and it crashed into the ground.

It was John who used the blunt side of Sinner to not kill the Centaur too fast as he says, "I hope you at tough since I will be relieving all my frustration upon your sorry body."

John grabs his horn and breaks it off by accident because he used too much strength when he says, "You are more fragile than a porcelain jar. Did you Demons became weaker after Mundus and that flaming angel Agrosax were sealed away by my wife?"

John didn't get an answer from the Centaur making John lift its head up only to see it unconscious which makes him say, "I used too much force it seems."

John lets go of the head before saying, "Well, we have a lot of time to spend after all. So let me get a bit comfortable until you wake up."
