Meeting Mr. and Mrs. Brief

Bulma left Goku and Gohan at their doorsteps when she sees Chi-Chi who was waving at them as they departed again from the East District passing Mount Paozu.

"We should use the Dragonball to bring Goku's parents back," says John as he was looking through the window.

"Do we really have to gather the Dragonball? Can Logan just snap them into being?" asks Bulma thinking that Logan was all-powerful since he could get Bran back.

"That's not how it works. He might be the Godking but the person governing over Life and Death is his wife, Abigail Hawke. Calling a soul out of her grasps requires three wishes and not one," says John as Bulma and Bran showed a surprised face which Raditz would join had he some clue about what they are talking about.

"We used them many times before but now we are in its original Universe and we are trying to revive people from this Universe instead of reviving people outside of it," says Nesiara as they never tried it on this Earth before.

"Where did you even get your Dragonballs?" asks Bulma as she went through hell to get the Dragonballs the first time.

"We bought them," says Nesiara as the plane stopped completely standing in the air.

"You did what!?" ask Bulma and Bran who doesn't remember his parents having Dragonballs.

"Well, we didn't buy them all. We received one after completing one of our missions before Bran was born. But the rest we needed to buy," says John correcting Nesiara as Bulma accelerated again.

"So you received one ball and bought the other six?" asks Bulma as John didn't want to answer to that question but he looked that nothing was in front of them.

"We receives a set of Dragonballs and bought two other sets one weaker and one stronger of the ones we received as a reward," says John as Bulma brakes again.

"Sets!? Are you saying there are more Dragonballs out there," says Bulma as John nods.

"Yes, the Namekian Dragonballs which grant three wishes and are as big as basketballs. The Super Dragonballs, on the other hand, are as big as small planets and grant only one wish which the Dragon God himself will fulfill," says John as Bulma was about to let go of the steering wheel.

"How about we get to your home and we continue talking then. We can even show them to you," says Nesiara not wanting Bulma to let go of the steering wheel because the plane could crash to the ground.

"They are right we should get home and put Bulla into her bed before we talk about the Dragonballs," says Bran as Bulma sighs.

"You know, the first meeting with my in-laws wasn't expected to be like this. I thought they were just normal people," says Bulma to Bran while Bran smiles.

"Let's see how your parents will react to them. They are as unpredictable as my parents," says Bran which Bulma completely forgot because of everything that happened today.

"I know that it is much for both of you. We can sleep in a motel or rent a house in West City. We also do the same while visiting your siblings since we don't want to disturb you all," says Nesiara as Bulma turns her head a bit.

"You aren't really a problem. I am more worried about what my parents will do once they find out. My mother really loves to entertain guests and my father loves to be closed in his laboratory working on his projects if my mother doesn't drag him out of there," says Bulma as she looked forward again while flying back at full speed.

When John remembers something and asks Bulma for the device he took apart earlier which confused Bulma when John grabbed Bran and says, "We are going on a trip of getting Raditz's spaceship or better-said pod."

Nesiara takes Bulla from Bran's hands before sitting down beside Bulma when she says, "Don't take too long."

"We will meet you at Bulma's house," says Nesiara as John jumped out of the plane while holding Bran who began to scream because he hasn't learned to fly.

They were falling from the sky when John says, "Justice, release Koltox from Paradise."

They were falling when a giant shadow appears under them when John stopped their fall and they landed on the shadow who appeared under them.

Bran lost the feeling in his legs as he kneed down and touches the shadow when he feels scales and slowly he gets a familiar feeling when he gets a flashback of him riding a black lizard with two malformations on its back.

"You said Koltox?" asks Bran as he looked at his father.

"Yes," says John confirming it when Bran stands up.

"But the Koltox I remember was just a giant lizard that I would ride on," says Bran holding his head.

"He was until he evolved his wings and grew to this form. He is known as 'The Nemesis of the Nazguls' after killing some of them," says John as they were flying toward North-East.

They covered the distance rapidly as they were over an ostrich farm which showed evidence that something impacted with the ground.

"Koltox, land over there," says John as the Dragon follows his command.

Koltox landed and Bran found himself still a mortal leap away from the ground when John grabbed him and jumped from Koltox's back.

They landed and John says, "You really need to learn how to fly. It is the most basic when it comes to Ki Control."

"Sorry that I am not my former self," says Bran when Koltox turned towards them.

He stared at Bran not recognizing him when he took a sniff from him and the Dragon was taken aback because he knew that smell which he didn't smell in a long time.

"What do you not recognize Bran when you see him," says John to the Black Dragon who suddenly launched at Bran who holds his hands up to not be crushed under Koltox only to be surprised that nothing happened except for a little push against his chest.

He opens his eyes seeing a tiny Koltox rubbing his head against his chest as if trying to get his smell onto his scales.

"Don't be surprised it has been almost twenty years that you disappeared from his life. He helped your sisters in winning the war on Middle-Earth," says John as he walked towards the space pod followed by Bran who was playing with Koltox before Koltox was sitting on his head not wanting to separate with Bran again.

"He won't leave your side ever again since the last time he did you left," says John as he looked at the pod and opens it.

"A one-seater?" asks Bran confused as John nods.

"That is common for Saiyans. One low-class Saiyan is enough to conquer a planet like Earth or he or she dies in the intend. That's how Saiyans are normally raised," says John as he calls Justice to store the pod so they can take it apart later.

"We should go to your home now," says John as Bran took Koltox from his head thinking they are going to fly using Koltox when John suddenly grabs Bran's shoulder and they disappear from where they were standing before appearing beside Nesiara.

At the same time, Nesiara was standing beside Bulma across from her parents which are first a short man with short blue-grayish hair, a white mustache, and glasses while wearing a white lab coat.

The woman beside him was a woman of normal height in Nesiara's eyes with blonde hair and blue eyes she could spot even with her having the eyes closed.

"My name is Nesiara Crownguard, the mother of Bran. It is nice to finally meet you," says Nesiara when she was surprised by the woman who hugged her.

"It is nice to finally meet you," says the woman as she lets go of her before saying, "I'm Bikini and this is my husband, Mr. Brief."

Suddenly a black cat appears on Mr. Brief's shoulder meawing taking Nesiara's attention when Mr. Brief takes the cat into his hands before saying, "This is Scratch. He is one of the pets we have here."

"We also have a lot of pets thanks to my husband," says Nesiara as Bikini and Mr. Brief looked at her confused.

"Where is your husband?" asks Bikini since John wasn't there yet.

"He went with Bran to retrieve something. They should retur-," says Nesiara when John and Bran appear out of nowhere beside her.

Bran was holding Koltox in his hand when he looked confused around when he says, "We are at home. How?"

"We will explain that to you later but first," says John as he turns to Mr. Brief and Bikini and says, "Nice to meet you. I am John Francis Crownguard but you can call me John for short."

"I can see from who Bran inherited his height," says Mr. Brief as Nesiara giggles before taking a picture out.

"That's how tall he used to be before he turned to what he is now," says Nesiara showing them a picture of the almost three-meter giant beside her.

Bulma notices that Bran was holding in his hands when she asks, "What are you holding there? Is that what you went to retrieve?"

"No, this is Koltox, my partner in crime, they were talking about. What we retrieved was a space pot," says Bran as Koltox flew out of Bran's hands towards Bulma.

He smelled her before sitting on her shoulder since she smelled all over like Bran which means that both were close. He also notices Bulla which Bulma was carrying at the moment since Nesiara was restricting Raditz from escaping.

"Where should I put the space pot?" asks John looking at Bulma.

"A space pot?" asks Mr. Brief as John nods.

"Yes, it is a spaceship for one person," says John as Mr. Brief was interested in what John brought in.

"Come with me, I know the right place to where we should put it," says Mr. Brief with an excited smile as he guides John.

"And there he goes to work again," says Bikini as Nesiara only nods.

"Who are you telling, John's life revolves around work only thinking about it while thinking about his family as well," says Nesiara before both women looked at each other and began to laugh before walking away together leaving half- dead Raditz on the floor.

"It seems they like each other. I had my worries," says Bran relieved as Bulma was relieved as well.

"But what do we do with him?" asks Bulma pointing at Raditz when a clone of John appears in front of them.

"Don't worry, I will take care of it until they are both able to take care of him," says the clone as he looked at them before asking, "Can you guide me to a room where I can look after him?"

"Bran?" asks Bulma not comprehending what was going on when Bran takes care of it.

"Right let me take you to one of our guestrooms," says Bran as he looked at Bulma who nods and Bran brings the clone away while the clone dragged the Saiyan by his tail making Bulma hold her head when Koltox pets her head with his little hand.

"Thank you," says Bulma to the Dragon when she walks towards Bulla's room to put her into her bed.
